This is really the worst after sale service I have ever dealt with. I have been struggling since Dec 23rd to just swop a pair of shoes for another size. They do not answer phone calls, emails or WhatsApps. The one time somebody actually reacted they said I must send the shoes back. I did it immediately and now I sit with no shoes. They have my money and my shoes and I sit with nothing. This is really ridiculous. How do they expect me to recommend them to anyone. At this stage I do not even want the shoes back, I just want my money back so that I can spend it somewhere else where they appreciate me as a client.

They do not even deserve one star. Went there for New Years Eve. They sent us an sms telling us we get a free shooter after 8. Eight came and went. Asked them about it. You have to show your app to receive it. But none of is could get it. Because the app also do not work. The food was not good at all. Just dumped in sauce and cheese, could not even taste the food. The Philly cheese steak was VERY overprised at R160 per plate for two mini hot dog sized breadrolls filled with small pieces of meat. Burger patty was also funny tasting. And there was this awful life music that just went on for ever. We left and they will never see us again. The previous time we also had trouble with their “specials” and the app. They are definitely doing false advertising.
Tonight we received the worst service ever. We ordered at 17:40 via WhatsApp. The delivery guy only pitched at 20:23. 2 hours and 43 minutes later. Every time we phoned, the manager claimed that the driver already left. We are only 13 minutes away. The last time he did not even bother to phone us back. I told him to cancel the order but he said he was first going to phone the driver again. If you can’t deliver, tell me to pick it up. If you forgot my order, tell me the truth. I had 3 small kids that was very upset because there was no pizza. And before that, they were starving. I will definitely not be going back to the Sutherland branch.
I just received the worst service ever. Our landline and internet stopped working on Saturday. We reported it and once again we get the same lame excuse. According to them our cable has been stolen. So now we go to the Telkom shop in Mall at Reds Centurion. At first they are too busy so we go do our shopping first. When we go back it is 6 minutes before closing time. I understand that they cannot finalise anything for me, but I only asked to check if we have coverage. Check on your phone was their answer. And while I try and explain that I do not have internet as my adsl line is not working, they just keep telling me to check on my phone. All I asked is just to tell me if we have coverage. It would have taken a few minutes. I am so tired of dealing with Telkom and never getting any service or straight answers.
