This is the 3rd time I'm writing this review I was stopped at a roadblock and told that there are outstanding fines on a company vehicle I drove from the latter part of 2019 until I went on pension end July 2021. I contacted Chantal Parkin at Fidelity, and she was EXTREMELY rude to me, stating that its MY problem, not the company's. I then went to the company premises, spoke to Shivern Rooplall at HR, was promised that he would sort it out and now, 4 weeks later, NOTHING has been done about THEIR problem. I do not work there anymore since July 2021, but its MY problem Should anybody trust such a company?
On the 12th of December 2025, I received a reply from Fidelity about my complaint. They promised that a senior person would contact me; to date nobody has contacted me. Pathetic company to deal with!

I reviewed Vodacom, they rep**** that they would contact me, it did NOT HAPPEN. Why should we trust a company that just LIES!
#BlackFriday When I app**** for the Earbuds on my existing contract that cost me R80 and I got R85 airtime a month and I explained that I'm a pensioner on a fixed income, I was told I would be paying R129 per month. Now i got my invoice for R129 and an additional R27 for the Earbuds. This is totally unfair and I'm just being exploited by corporate Vodacom
Pathetic service from Skynet Couriers. They demand a printed copy of ID and proof of residence. This is SO archaic and pathetic. Other couriers scan and save the planet. Skynet destroy the planet
I started a new Service Contract on 19.10.2023. As per the contract, I could only take my car for service after 4 consecutive payments, I took my car for service on 7.4.2024 When I took my car for service in April 2025, they refuse to honour the Contract, saying that the 2024 service was complimentary. I was told I must take the car for service in November 2025 I sent various messages on their website, all to no avail because the DID NOT REACT in any way
Pinnacle Debt is a pathetic company. I sent my details to them and they have not even bothered to contact me. I certainly won't trust them with my debt problems
Today was a specially bad day. NO internet for up to 10minutes at a time. This just not acceptable. Afrihost keeps getting annual awards for being such an excellent ISP but I beg to differ. When you chat with an agent on WhatsApp, you get treated like an idiot. I now want somebody who knows what's going on, to explain to me why I get all these outages. For now, I have lost my loyalty to Afrihost
I was charged R 150 for JUST A QUOTATION. Other companies charge you for a quote rejection fee but not this shop! If I accepted this quotation, they keep my phone for 7 to 10 working days, just to REPLACE A BATTERY! This is pathetic!
