With Covid 2020 and most of 2021 a person income was affected, there were 2 months where I did not get an income and was unable to pay my financial responsibilities, and in this predicament, I was unable to earn eBucks, but out of the 5 months, there was only 2 months where I was unable to pay my home loan, for the remaining 3 I paid my home loan and an agreed amount of the outstanding balance based on my arrangement with FNB. According to the arrangement in place as long as I pay that I am in good standing with FNB and I am supposed to earn my eBucks, but according to eBucks the Home loans department communicated to the eBucks department that I have not paid my home loan for 5 months which is not true. I gave eBucks a call Monday 14 June 2021 (reference: Rf21061461671) to request that they give me my eBucks for the 3 months that all my bills where paid and I understand that I will not receive my eBucks for the 2 months where my home loan was not paid, the lady indicated that she will get back to me and she never did, Monday 21 June 2021 I called again and the lady said that she will send the Home loans department an email to confirm the months that was paid so that they will then give me my eBucks for those months once that is confirmed, reference number 4091679Q. I have still not received my eBucks and no feedback and I dont understand why when everything is electronic, can eBucks not get immediate confirmation of this information if you work for the same company. Why did I not get my eBucks for the months where my home loan was paid as with an agreement in place by law I am in good standing with FNB and as long as I pay my account my account must be deemed as paid and not unpaid.
I was robbed at Wonderpark Shopping center on 10 December 2019 by the Checkers, I immediately went to the security to ask for help and they sent me to the manager Faith (Checkers) that is supposed to assist me, I asked Faith to help me and please find the ladies or see what side they went, but she refused to assist me in any manner as I need a SAPD case number, the same with Wonderpark mall security, I explained that they had just stolen my whole handbag including my phone, car keys, all my bank cards and all my belongings that I had in my handbag, so I had no way of phoning the bank or the police and she refused to help me, I then took my 5 year old daughters hands and we started to run to the nearest FNB ATM to try and cancel my cards, but the nearest one was all the way on the other side of the mall, by the time they cancelled my cards it was too late, they had hacked my phone and withdrew all my money in my account, the FNB assistant helped me to call my husband and mother and the SAPD, and as I went back to Checkers to meet with my mother I it was revealed to me by Faith and the Security at the door, as well as the security guard from Wonderpark Mall that I was not the first victim and that made me extremely upset. I do not understand how Wonderpark Shopping Centre can be so negligent when it comes to mall safety, how is there no protocols regarding theft, why is your security not trained to assist the clients and help to locate the people with the stolen hand bag, it is not as if it was a small phone it was a hand bag, there must have been a way to locate the hand bag before they could get away, they went to a teller so why not check all the people standing at the tellers with a description of my handbag. Furthermore, I am extremely disappointing in the fact that I am not the first person this has happened to and it is confirmed by Faith and the security and the security guard at Wonderpark mall that this has happened several times before, so why did the mall not do anything to prevent this event from happening again and insert appropriate protocols? Is your security there just to protect you the Mall and not your clientele?

I do not understand how Checkers can be so negligent when it comes to store safety, how is there no protocols regarding theft, why is your managers not trained to assist the clients and help to phone the police and to assist in phoning the banks to cancel cards. When I reported that the ladies was in the store with my hand bag, why did the security not assist me in finding the ladies that stole my bag? Furthermore, I am extremely disappointing in the fact that I am not the first person this has happened to and it is confirmed by Faith and the security (and the security guard at Wonderpark mall) that this has happened several times before, so why did the store not do anything to prevent this event from happening again? I reported the case to Checkers head office on Wednesday and a lady was assigned to investigate the situation, but it is almost a week later with no feedback and follow up. Is your security there just to protect you Checkers and not your clientele?
I was robbed in Wonderpark Mall by the Checkers on 10 December 2019, I went to Checkers manager to ask for assistance as they had stolen my whole hand bag, cellphone, car keys, ID book and wallet, the Checkers manager refused to help me as I did not have a case number, the moment I realized she was not going to help me, me and my 5 year old started to run to the nearest ATM, the first one was next to Miladys, but unfortunately that one was off so I had to run to the branch that was on the opposite side of the mall, when I reached the Branch the door assistant helped me to stop my cards and call the fraud department, but in this period that it took me and my little girl to run to the branch to stop the cards they had hacked my phone and was in some way able to withdraw every cent in my account, the fraud department took one day to tell me that it was a pin withdrawal and they accused me of some way being negligent with my pin, but I am willing to do an affidavit to declare I never gave my pin to any person, It was not on a note in my hand bag or saved on my phone. The fraud department assured me there will be a full investigation, but I never received a full investigation, when reporting the case to fraud I asked them over the phone to please tell me where the money was withdrawn maybe I can run there or we can get footage of the person who withdrew the money, but no nothing. Also, the maximum withdrawal amount was R3000, how where they able to withdraw R7750 from my account??? I want to understand how if I am not the person at the teller withdrawing the money, why is this not being treated as theft? And why did the fraud department not do a complete investigation. I want a full investigation and I want my money back.
