Worst company do deal with,Cant give you a eta for delivery,Call centre agent call to say driver is at my gate,when i got to my gate driver left.Spent over an hour on the phone speaking to verious agents at ccd,not one can assist to get hold of their driver.Onpy words all agents haved been trained with is "escalate" .
Worst worst service ever received. My covers was returned on their request as it did not fit my vehicle. They requested me to return it and will do a refund instead of alterations. Its was returned and received 3 weeks ago, i have been calling and they will sort it out every day.Every day i they will contact me back and not 1 call yes.
Worst company to deal with. They source their work out to contractors received from insurance company. Insurance company pay them within 48 hours. They do not pay their contractors, Every day a new excuse. Agreement with when is payment will be made 48hours after work was done, I have been waiting over 30 days now.Do not Every work for them.
NEVER NEVER NEVER make use of this guy. We went to see his workplace in Kempton Park and all seemed so nice. After paying R100 000 half my kitchen was not done, The little bit which was incomplete was poorly done, not other kitchen company wanted to touch his work.He is so rude,after he received a deposit he start swearing and insult you.I have all on mail.He just ran off.Busy with summons against him.I have picture of his **** workmanship
I have been trying to get hold of my business banker as he is the only person who can assist me regarding my account.Firstly it is ridiculous that only one person can assist regarding a person company business account.<br> <br> Standardbank have decided to cancel my overdraft i had for over 2 years on 25th of the month without notifying or consulting me,On the day i wanted to pay my employees salaries i could not do that.business banking in greenstone does not answer the telephone or reply on your emails, also no one in standardbank customer care can assist me.<br> This is not the first time i don't get any feedback or assistance with standardbank business banking
I have been trying to get hold of my business banker since 10 am this morning 21.05.2015. I left several messages with the reception for him to contact me urgently. I send him a email to assist me with an urgent matter. Simple as uplifting my monthly transfer limit as i have almost reach my limit and need to pay salaries.As i contact again firstly the reception deny that i left a message with her for him until later on she confirmed she did gave him the message. She yet again gave him another message to contact me before end of the day.And still i do not get any response.If this is how standard bank business bankers treads their clients i definitlly do not want to be part of it and will move my business account and all personal account to another bank.
