I have a legal matter with Primary School Louis Leipold and asked legal wise to assist me but they keep on telling me that they are waiting for feedback from the school. I paid my school fees as father up to date and even overpaid by R14600.00. The School summons me and the mother and I apposed the matter. We have been to court on several times and the school keep on playing for time like now. I would like a legal adviser to listen to what my side of the story is and not what they they want me to do. Regards Dear Sir, Despite our efforts on the matter with the school, we have not received any response and thus we had sent a referral request to the branch manager which was not approved due to the account still has an outstanding amount in respect of school fees and therefore refund would not be possible. In respect of overpayment done on the account which ought to have been paid by the mother of the child, you should claim the amount from her. You disputed the above and advised that we follow up and till date we have not received any response from them. Kindly note that you may therefore appoint an attorney on the matter to pursue further as referral was not approved to proceed with legal action. Kind regards, Yonela Mpambani – Legal Counsellor Supervisor (Centurion) LLB - UNISA

Good Morning

Hi PSA members, it's been a difficult year starting with GEMS instalment going up with 10 % my contribution is now R3600 out of my pocket.

When I required if DCS members receive medical contribution for employer wen joining a different medical scheme Jannie Oosthuizen could not assist me.

Liberty is offering me currently better medical benefits with a gab cover policy for unforeseen extra payments for R3600 for my family of 4.

If I received the employer medical benefits of R1014 it means it is a lot cheaper than what I am paying now.

Why are PSA Members still supporting GEMS that are currently milking us?

Jacques Grobler
