I had a wonderful experience yesterday when I called Vodacom, I had an issue my phone was not ringing and going straight to voicemail I called the helpline and Simone Glendalene answered and she was very helpful and understanding and gave me two options to do and said she will attempt to call me back in a few minutes to see if issue is rectified , well my phone rang was sorted and I thanked her . Thanks for sorting my issue out quick and efficiently. #BlackFriday

Just horrible experience and continuous errors from the discovery insure vitality app. I’ve always got diamond status driving locally and never ever speeding . Do one road trip in South Africa and their speeds haven’t been updated since I don’t know when. Had very 1000 plus points deducted for speeding which I’ve called multiple times and told a case has been lodged and I will be emailed a reference number. Not happened , call again for same thing next day and told nothing was lodged previously . I use cruise control and always 5km below speed limit which I’ve clearly shown now in a email. I’m losing my diamond status, fuel rewards and the boost for my certification if I sell my car. I’ve called multiple times and same thing yes we can see and the speed limit isn’t that you are correct . Blah blah . What’s the point of offering these “perks” if you don’t keep the app and speed limits up to date. Just shocking . Now been told to email maintenance which I did but heard nothing back as of yet.

Just horrible customer service , I what’s app asking for a quote and was asked how many metres , I said I’m not sure that’s why you need to come and assess . I was then told they charge R400 to come and quote . I rep**** thanks then I have other companies that are coming round more then happy to quote and get our business , as I’m wanting a few quotes . next is copy paste of convo to my response saying that from them “ Get those quotes then, Don’t waste our time, You are not our audience, If you can’t afford a call out for quote“ I rep**** it’s not about the fact of affording a call out fee but more about customer service which they seem to not have and blocked them after he again rep**** stop wasting my time. So do yourself a favour don’t waste their time they seem to pretty full of themselves . Also when I researched the number numerous business come up and try caller shows them to be in Soweto not Cape Town .
