FNB just doesn’t answer any emails. I’ve been asking for clarification wrt my account, but no response. My last resort is now probably to get this resolved through the ombudsman.
This company is supposed to do the payouts for earnmedia.co.za. No payments has been received.
Don’t invest in this company. Never got paid for any work done!
Hi signed up for a Telkom LTE account during July 2017. I provided my banking details over the phone. The first debit order wasn't deducted and I phoned the call centre. The banking details listed for me, were completely wrong and not what I provided, over a recorded call. I immediately paid the difference via EFT. This month I got a bill stating a charge for R200.94 as a payment rejection fee. How can I be held liable, if I provided the correct banking details! This is more than my Telkom bill. I see 100's of complaints to the same effect, and can't help to wonder about fraud.
I've recently asked for an update to a secondary user on my account. I was advised that I need to FICA AGAIN, which I duly did. Since then, all my queries goes unanswered, emails are not followed up, and my secondary user still has no access to online banking.
Compliments to DawnWing Couriers in Durban. I phoned them at 1600 on 02 July 2015, and urgently requested to have documents collected from a Government Department in another province. The department closes at 1630. They moved heaven and earth to have the documents collected in less than 30 minutes and I received it first thing in the morning. All the while, DawnWing phoned and emailed to keep me informed on the status of delivery. <br> <br> If you are in the Durban area, do make use of Dawnwing and ask for Shanitha Madhan she really goes above and beyond her duty!
