When I got a contract with MTN I was told I can use the router anywhere. Now thar I took it on holiday it doesn't work and the reason given by MTN is that it can only be used at the adress where we live. I was led to believe that I can use it anywhere just for them to make the sale and now they are backtracking. Would like MTN to show.me exactly where the contract states I cannot use the router at any location I wish too. So in effect I am paying for a service I cannot use. It worked the first day and then stopped working. How can MTN block a service I pay for?
I recently upgraded my account to Ultimate banking at R98 per month. What is not clear is if this is the total or do I now have two cards, one for R135 and the other for R98, or do I know pay only R98? Also when I opened the gold bundle I was told I will only pay for the Gold Bundle and the savings account will have no monthly fees, yet I still pay R55 per month for my savings account.
I have been trying to lift a restrictive hold on my home loan for more than a month now. I send all the supporting documents and was the told that my insurance policy was outdated. I then send the updated policy to PropertyInsurance@absa and after waiting weeks if was finally updated and lifted. Yesterday I sent the supporting documents to home@absa where I send it before and then received a reply that I must send it to PropertyInsurance@absa. Can ABSA please sort out their internal processes as this is really confusing. The turnaround time to resolve an issue is also rediculous (15 working days!)
Good day My son, Jeandre Booysen, was admitted to the hospital for surgery on the 17th June 2025 and was discharged on the 18.7.2025. It seems we overstayed but I was told that will not be a problem if we leave before 12 pm on the 18th June 2025, which we did. Now apperantly we were discharged 12.18pm on the 18th June 2025 I have received communication from Keyhealth: 58001 A Surgical Cases: Per Day. 0.50 2025/06/17 2025/06/17 58215 A High Care Ward, Per Day 1.00 2025/06/17 2025/06/18 58001 D Surgical Cases: Per Day. 0.00 2025/06/18 2025/06/18 14:22:14 Please provide Keyhealth with a clinical indication for the p.m. discharge. Should we not receive any clinical indication for the p.m. discharge Keyhealth will assume that you have journaled the p.m. discharge and will regard the matter as settled. Does this mean it is not covered? Can a case manager look into this and provide feedback? I am extremely disappointment with the claim process of Keyhealth. I have pre-authorization as a PMB, but as it is a cash practice I paid them and then claimed back via e-mail and clearly stated to be paid to member, with the receipt attached. I then received an e-mail that the claim was paid to the provider and on the same day emailed back and informed Keyhealth of the mistake and that they must reverse the claim. This was not done, and they ignored my correspondence and paid the provider anyway. On the 21st January on live chat I again raised the issue. They said they will give instruction to reverse the claim. On the same day at 8 pm the provider informed me she was paid again for the same service that was already paid. This is not the first time this happened. If they read my first email properly this would never have happened. How can Keyhealth make such a mistake? Don't they read correspondence properly or just don't care?
Pathetic. Called twice now for a reduced contract, which Telkom said is effective immediately. Still not done. Cancel everything. I don't do business with ********* ****s.
We have bought your full cream milk a few times now and it is very diluted. Perhaps there is something lacking in the quality control department or the ***s are given too much water? A reply would be appreciated.
We bought Mc Cain Asian Stir-fry last week. it should really be called Carrot stir-fry with 2 pieces of red cabbage, 5 red peppers, a few green beans and baby corn and lots of lots of lots of carrots. How did this happen? The ratio is completely unbalanced. If I knew this I could have just bought all the ingredients separately and made it myself and saved money. The product is not exactly cheap.
I was admitted to Life Wilgers hospital from the 22.4.2024 till the 25.4.2024. I was discharged before 12 pm but the hospital charged me for overstaying. Now I owe the hospital an amount that the medical aid did not pay. I have send this to in an email to the case manager and are completely ignored, not even the standard "we have received your request". So how must I sort this out? Also the medical aid has paid for those days except R1,843.88 of the R17,726.32 on the 9.6.2024 but the case manager says they have not been paid! Life Wilgers is a good hospital but their accounts department is a mess
I was admitted to Life Wilgers hospital from the 22.4.2024 till the 25.4.2024. I overstayed the 12pm discharge as I was waiting for the doctor to discharge me. He only saw me after 5pm. Now I owe the hospital an amount that the medical aid did not pay. The case manager says I must get a motivation from the doctor, the doctor says the hospital must request the motivation from the his practice and for which date, which will then be sent to a case manager to handle with the medical fund. I have send this to in an email to the case manager and are completely ignored, not even the standard "we have received your request". So how must I sort this out?
