I am fed up with this place! They call to offer a funeral plan policy 2 to 5 times a day. Even over weekends after I have told them how many times that I am not Interested as I have one in place and to remove my number from their system. I have blocked so many of their numbers already. I have had it!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would! The incompetence of this place is scary! A bunch of debt collectors thinking they are attorneys. I have had an arrangement with them and I have been paying monthly. Sometimes double or triple the amount as arranged. Put of nowhere I get a notification that a summons will be issued as I have not paid my account. I called them as well as emailed them. Their reasoning is ridiculous. As per the first arrangement they were informed that I dont have a set salary date and I asked that they just make it for the 7th of each month but if I receive funds earlier I will pay earlier and also after they have asked if I can't please pay earlier. So let take an example. For September I paid on the 2nd of September. End of September I received my salary on the 25th so I paid my installment for October on the 25th of September. Now I'm being threatened with a summons coz according to them I defaulted for October. I've sent through all payment dates and for which month it was. They confirmed that all payments are reflecting but then still telling me I defaulted. Windy and Lerato should not be dealing with people if they won't even give the client a chance to finish a sentence. They keep Interrupting you while you see speaking and when you tell them you are getting frustrated and want to finish your sentence they get personal. Unprofessional and ***********. I will reporting you to the debt collectors council as well as FNB legal.
What a bunch of crooks!!!! I was paying another company as agreed and these people started calling me saying Im owing double the amount I was given by the first company. I called the first company and they told me my account is closed as its paid up. Now Norman Bissett keeps on calling saying Im not paying my account and their people are so rude!!!!! My second account I paid the full amount as reflected on their app. Now they keep on adding monthly fees. I spoke to a guy and he said they would write off the charges as I settled the account, Till today this is not done. You dont get through to their offices. They are corrupt!!!! I am sick of this company. I wil be reporting them to the NCR.
I am fuming!! Upgraded to 5G and now been without a network for 3 days. My sim has been activated but the sim has not been registered on the network. All I get told by support is that it has been escalated and they can't assist. Or when support does not feel like doing their job they tell me the tower is down. I am furious as this is unacceptable. My 4G was disconnected immediately after they activated the 5G sim without it working. I have also submitted 3 tickets for support with no response!!! Worst Internet Service Provider
