Absolutely poos service and thief's, stealing your money. In December 2019 I bought items from them for a boat that i'm working on, delivery was going to be end of Dec 2019 or first week in Jan 2020. It is now June 2020 and still no parcel. I have contacted them six times about this issue and requested a refund as I no longer need the parts, I have bought local instead. Waveinn does not reply to my emails any longer and stated they they are not prepared to help, they say the parcel reached my country and it is out of their hands. I can post all the communication between us here. 18/02/2020 Good day. This parcel was suppose to reach me at the end of December according to your shipping information when I bought it. I have still not received any parcel as yet and have had to buy from another seller, I have no need for these mounts any longer. 05/03/2020 I still have not received this order, it has been over two months now. I don't want it any longer and want a refund. 08/03/2020 It is not at my post office, I have checked. When I ordered and payed your estimated delivery date was end of Dec 2019 to first week in Jan 2020 It is now two and a half months later, 70 days later! and still no parcel. I have been using The Courier Guy for quite some time now and would like to let others who, those that are not using their services, on what they are loosing out on. TCG is priced well, much better than other courier companies in the same class. Even the TCG is in a class of it's own. It is affordable to send and receive parcels with them. TCG delivers to remote areas and places, no other company are willing to deliver to me where I am based. I have to drive to my nearest town, kind of defeats the point of using a courier service in the first place if I have to drive somewhere. This is a big issue for someone like me that needs items delivered and the entire reason for using courier services in the first place! TCG deliveries is always on time, most of the time earlier than expected. If they say 2-3 days, it will be here in 2-3 days. I have sent items with other services before, pay the maximum premium and send over night, only to find out that over night does not mean the same to them as it does to me. Overnight can be anything from 3-5 days for some companies. COVID 19 has not changed any of TCG's strong points, and I thank you for that. Customers is always first, deliveries are quick and efficient and always with a smile from your drivers, thank you for the standard at which you operate your business, please don't ever settle for less!! <p>I would like to bring to your attention happenings that has taken place at your Vodacom store in Pietermaritzburg, Victoria Road.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday 18 July 2016, I went to upgrade my contract. I upgraded to an IPhone SE, the store technician was unavailable so I was assisted by someone else to set up my phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Straight away I noticed that the phone was not functioning correctly and was told I need to set up the rest of the settings first.</p> <p>The next day I drove back to the store, a 160 km drive for me, and told them that the phone is not functioning correctly and asked for it to be replaced. As they told me the day before “If I’m unhappy with the phone in any way bring it back and we will replace it in a 7 day period, after the 7 day period the phone will be send away for repairs, Vodacom warranty.”</p> <p> </p> <p>They said that the technician will check the phone and see if he can reload the software and set it up again. The technician was unable to do this because the phone would not function correctly and denied all iCloud, iTunes settings. The technician then informed the manager of the store that there is a problem with the phone and they replaced my IPhone for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Couple of days later I was phoned and asked for my iCloud pass word as they are trying to reset my first phone, I did not want to give them my personal information and said I would come see them. On Monday 25 July I drove to the store, 180km again, and told them that the phone is not on my iCloud account, I removed it. I logged on to my account and the technician confirmed to the manager that the phone is not on my iCloud account and that he is unable to do anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 12 August 2016 I get an email saying that my iCloud password has been changed, I try using my iCloud, iTunes but I can’t as I have no pass word. I phoned the store and spoke to the manager Arnold, he confirms that they are working on my old phone and that they have hacked into my iCloud, iTunes and Gmail account and changed my pass words and other settings without my consent.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you have done is unlawful and you have hacked and stolen my personal information without any consent what so ever from me.</p> <p> </p> <p>You have also changed my current Iphone’s settings and it is not operating correctly now, I can’t log into my accounts and can’t receive emails or use the iTunes/app store.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am sitting with a phone that is not functioning correctly now because of you, my personal information is also unaccusable from me as you have changed my passwords.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very unhappy with Vodacom and will take this matter further.</p>
Towards the end of last year my contract came up for renewal. I did not want to renew as there was not much that I was interested in. The sales man told me that I should renew because Vodacom is looking at increasing charges and if I sing my contract then it will remain unchanged for the 24 month period.<br> Last week I get an e-mail to say that my two contracts is being increased to continue to give me the great service and speed that Vodacom has given over the years, service and speed!? I don't even have reception anywhere near me, have to drive to town to use my phone, can't have a decent conversation without dropping the call every 2 min, and now they want to charge me more after I have signed a contract?<br> Last year I complaint about the reception and was told \sorry we are not planning anything for your area at this moment"<br> """
