EDUCATIONAL TAXES PAID Lessons Learned Order placed on 09/10/24 received 13/11/24 the price on goods might be attractive but with shipping and Taxes makes it not worth it. Price on website R1035 on checkout R1339 upon collection at post office R350 = R1724 The worst part is SA POST OFFICE (TO BE EXPECTED)

bought an automatic pilot two months ago, it has been charged to the credit card promising 5 to 15 days delivery. It was never delivered. Help chat is the worst, unresponsive via whatsapp, and with dubious responses via website.

bought an automatic pilot two months ago, it has been charged to the credit card promising 5 to 15 days delivery. It was never delivered. Help chat is the worst, unresponsive via whatsapp, and with dubious responses via website.

Waveinn Service and Delivery
Absolutely poos service and thief's, stealing your money. In December 2019 I bought items from them for a boat that i'm working on, delivery was going to be end of Dec 2019 or first week in Jan 2020. It is now June 2020 and still no parcel. I have contacted them six times about this issue and requested a refund as I no longer need the parts, I have bought local instead. Waveinn does not reply to my emails any longer and stated they they are not prepared to help, they say the parcel reached my country and it is out of their hands. I can post all the communication between us here. 18/02/2020 Good day. This parcel was suppose to reach me at the end of December according to your shipping information when I bought it. I have still not received any parcel as yet and have had to buy from another seller, I have no need for these mounts any longer. 05/03/2020 I still have not received this order, it has been over two months now. I don't want it any longer and want a refund. 08/03/2020 It is not at my post office, I have checked. When I ordered and payed your estimated delivery date was end of Dec 2019 to first week in Jan 2020 It is now two and a half months later, 70 days later! and still no parcel. I have completed the project that I was working on and had to buy other products to complete the project, do you understand that? I have no use for your product any longer and do not need it, I want it returned and refunded. 15/03/2020 Good day. I have written to you about returning these items and have had no reply from you, please sort this issue out and your customer service that you so highly talk about. My entire buying experience with you has been nothing but disappointing. It is not at my post office, I have checked. Misleading advertising - WaveInn
I ordered 2 boat seat swivels from WaveInn in November 2018 through their website and transferred R572.85 into their account, which was confirmed on 17 November with the following: Hi Daniel, thank you for shopping at Tradeinn! We assure you that your order will receive our best attention. Please find below the details of your order. > Order number: ********** 5 Estimated delivery date: Estimated delivery date at your home between *Tue. 27 Nov. * and *Mon. 03 Dec. * (tracked delivery). After many inquiries I finally received an answer about the true state of affairs on 24 December, namely: Dear Daniel Buijs, Thank you for contacting us. Date Status of Shipment Country of Destination 19-12-2018 18:54 The consignment has arrived in the country of destination SOUTH AFRICA. Please note that your parcel is in customs and as this parcel is in customs it may take up to 6 weeks to release the parcel sometime more then that, this is customs procedure of ZA and we cannot intervene in that. I have been renovating a fishing boat and my nephew came to visit for the Christmas holidays and we planned a to do a lot of bass fishing. WaveInn's predicted delivery date of 3 December and their subsequent non-delivery has caused a serious inconvenience because we have been limited to fishing from the banks in shallow water instead of the deep water where bass keep when it is hot because I couldn't install the seats. Waveinn.com item over 2 months late then i had to pay 50% of what i paid for the product
found what i thought was a really good deal on google shopping for a pair of headphones. i am pretty sure the website even came up as Waveinn.co.za, but the website is waveinn.com what they do not make very clear is that it is a company based in Spain somewhere that only drop-ships their items. i ordered on the 25-08-2017 estimated delivery date was 11-09-2017 i only recieved the parcel today 09-11-2017, it was nearly 2 months late and now i have to pay customs clearance, which once again was not clearly indicated that this could even happen of over 50% of the price i paid for the product. there is no actual phone number to call and speak to anyone and you only get these automated responses. Terrible company do not purchase from them. would have been cheaper and only taken a couple of days if i would have bought at takealot. moral of the story seems to good to be true it probably is.
