PnP ASAP app is a disaster. I’m charged the wrong amounts that differ from what advertised and the buffer amount they reserve is grossly over what you’d expect even when your replacement items are of the same or lesser value. When you email them, you get an AI automated response, not addressing the issue at all. Use the Checkers App, you’ll never have these issues.
Stay far away from this dealer. They try sell you a mandatory warranty with any vehicle sold. I’m sure it’s their way to circumvent the CPA and not honour the imp**** 6 month warranty that the CPA offers. You’ve been warned
Signed up last week for home internet and was charged upfront a pro rata rate for the end of Aug and the month of Sep. I get an sms today stating that, barely a week later, I will be billed again for the month of October, a full month in advance. So, two instalments in the space of a week. How does this make sense?
Fibre has been down since Wednesday with no communication apart from there’s an issue. No compensation for the data I’ve had to purchase. I want to cancel my product immediately.
I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a refund to be processed for an online purchase made and returned for repair. It was approved for a refund. I’ve been told by the call centre to call the store and then the store tells me to contact the call centre. The item returned was a month ago and a refund was approved two weeks ago. Absolute disgrace
Nedbank offers, through Travelstart, a 20% discount when booking flights, I used the correct url as per Nedbanks website as a Greenbacks member. Searching for the tickets it states that the discount has already been app**** (before even entering my card information) however when I go to the normal travelstart website, the exact same price appears. What’s worse, the Airliner has the same exact flight for even less.
I cancelled my service I cancelled my service in June/July and got a cancellation quote and paid it, then I get an sms stating I owe more money and again I paid it. Now, I’m getting a 3rd sms stating I owe funds - way way more than before. How and why is this happening? Never do business with this slimy company! FYI I never approached them, ADT took over our neighbourhood from another provider, we were left with no choice but to sign up with them and they took full advantage.
Recently signed up as our area has moved over to ADT. Have had no feedback on my query and wish to cancel. Call centre doesn’t pick up and emails go unanswered. I’ve emailed my request to cancel. And I thought National was bad.
Cancelled subscription as our entire suburb has migrated to another provider and yet I am still receiving invoices.
Always a great option especially if you want to go someplace upmarket for a special occasion or date night. The decor and food never disappoints.
