I'm shocked with the service received today at DuratecBatteries, Boksburg. After we had to prove that our Batteries are faulty, we got told we lying and got told by the light head young guy "julle wil julle donnerse hele huis van die inverter run" We then insisted on two new batteries, but got told we will not get any warranty on it. I will never buy anything from this store ever again. Can't believe employers can be so rude to a customer that is right. I will not recommend this store to anyone. 😡😡😡😡
Hi, I placed an online order this morning, and on the app it says that my order has been delivered, but as yet I'm still waiting for it and it's 18:00 and it's still not delivered. I can not get hold of anyone to assist me in any way. I've logged two email enquiries and I have phoned the customer service where the team leader at the call centre just said that he would come back to me.This online order were made for certain reasons and this is nonsense. Nobody helps me in this matter and I will never support any pick n pay ever again. I will definately take this very unprofessional matter futher on social media!!!
Good day, I bought a Norths**** Corner Chaise unit and Otto from Bradlow on the 29 October 2018. I then saw that the one couch was damaged. They came to fets the couth. I requested a new one but they prefer to rather fix it. They can not give me a date on when I will receive the couch It's been more than 7 day' s and I feel they should have replace replaced it with a new one. I'm very disgusted with this is done. <p>My bracelet clasp is faulty within less than 6months.</p> <p>I took it in for repairs at Pandora Fourways on the 27 Mei 2016. I was told it will take 5 - 6 weeks for it to be repaired. Once again mail sent with proof of payment and closure of account and still got a bill today saying I should pay R200,25 and this is for insurance and service fees. I settled my account instore at Foschini in Fourways on the 31 March 2015. I then asked them to please close my account. I was told to email RCS and I've done so. But on 30 April another deb order was taken from my account. When I phoned RCS they told me that I've settled the wrong amount and that the amount that went off my account was intrest on my account. They refuse to listen as to what I have to say and they refuse to close my account even If I've settled my account on the 31st March already.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Kristel
