Excellent service
I would like to thank Mpho for assisting me with the issue on my prepaid meter. He kind patient and called me back every 15 mins to keep me informed. He manged to resolve my problem in less than an hour

i want to thank Tanja Folkerts for ALWAYS giving such amazing service. each and everytime i have a claim she always keeps me informed from the start to the finish, she has given me this service on each and every claim no matter the amount of the claim. she is such an asset to the company. keep up this amazing work Tanja you are truly amazing. i have been dealing with you since 2014 and since then to now your service remains impeccable.

INCOMPENTANT
DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM THIS AIRLINE CHARGED ME FOR A TICKED ON A FULLY BOOKED FLIGHT AND STILL HAVE NOT REIMBURSED ME FOR THIS. HELD ON TO THE CALL CENTRE FOR 1 HOUR AND 30 MINS ON HOLD BY THE SERVICE HANDLER
