We went to the Upstairs Day Spa at the Emerald Casino in November, while have the treatments done we were asked to wait for the pool area before we move to the next treatment room. While we were waiting at the pool, the staff moved our personal belongings WITHOUT our permission, we had phones, money and jewelry. We were not told that our good would be moved, they had dropped my brand new iPhone 5s, my screen, the chassis and the lock button was damaged. While we moved to the next treatment room we were advised that there was a small accident.Spoke to the Manager of the day spa & they insisted they pay for the repairs.Once I was back in home I had the phone assessed & the extent of the damage was not know until it was assessed.I then contacted Lorette to discuss & come to a conclusion, in the interim I approached my private insurer & we processed a recovery claim. Upstairs Day Spa was not even willing to settle my excess. I've not heard anything from Lorette from the Day Spa which is highly unacceptable as they are not willing to take responsibility for their actions!Highly disappointed in this regard!

On the 22nd December we placed a take away order at your greenstone branch. After waiting 45 mins for our order we were told that we were waiting for chips! No care attitude. Our food stood getting cold cause no one bothered to dish he chips. Service is absolutely shocking. You definitely need to improve.
On Friday the 24th of July I had bought a Chicken Mayo and Bacon Bap from the take away at Mugg and Bean Senderwood. Upon arriving back at work (eating along the way) I looked at the roll with a mouth full of food and getting ready for the next bite, to realize the roll was full of mould. I returned the roll to the Mugg and Bean and brought it to the managers attention. My money was refunded and I was offered something else to eat, but declined. Kitchen staff says that it was made the day before. I beg to differ. They then say that it was the moisture from the fridge. which again I beg to differ. Upon further inspection the roll was old the lettuce was not even crisp and fresh, it was wilted. On Friday night i was not well due the food that i had eaten, thank goodness it was only a few bites and nothing more. What a pitiful experience as i normally stop for a little something on my way to work.
