I am extremely disappointed with the National Credit Regulator (NCR). I escalated a serious issue regarding Prime Loans, who made an unauthorized deduction from my account, and despite sending all the required documents earlier this week, I have not received a single response. As a regulator meant to protect consumers, this level of silence and inaction is unacceptable. I expected at least an acknowledgment or update. It feels like consumers are left without real support when we need it most.
🚫 Warning: Prime Loans Ignoring Customers and Refund Requests Prime Loans has ignored my emails and calls for almost two weeks after deducting money from my account without authorization. Their customer service is shocking — you can hold for over 40 minutes with no answer. The lack of empathy and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly warn future customers to be cautious before dealing with this company. I expect an immediate refund and response.
I need your help with PrimeLoans, I am not sure if this would be the relevant place to come too. They have deducted money from my account,. They are not responding to my emails, I have beeen on hold for the past 5mins today and with no one answering and in the past, it has been more than 5 mins. I don;t know what to do anymore becuase it seems they do give me my money back. Please help!

I am truly disappointed with the service my mother received from your agent, Mpilo, this morning after 8. She called with a query, was transferred to Mpilo, and instead of being assisted, the call was dropped. It is very upsetting that an elderly person seeking help was treated in this way. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poor professionalism. I kindly request that you address this matter urgently and provide me with feedback on the steps taken within 48 hours.

I bought a voucher online on th e31 July 2023 and up until now I have not recieved it. I have giving stories or **** too about them not able to allocate the voucher, to the IT is looking for the voucher, Finance is busy tracking the paymetn (mind you they have my reference number for the payment). I have been in contact with Anneka, Vuyo, Lwandle I am literally indisbelief of this disguisting behaviour from builders. I even requested a refund and have emailed my documents thrice and have not recieved any feedback expect empty promises from all the people I spoke too. Builders and their employers work in bad faith, they are not trustworthy and its almost a year that I have been waiting for this voucher? I just want my money back so that I NEVER have to deal with this ill treatment that I have recieved. What is worst, is the lie and empty promises that all the agents I have dealt with. Anneka, I thought she was a manager (cause that the impression she gave me) is has not responded to any of my emails. Lwandle or Lunga, he took my case last year, however when ever I called him, I was told he was WFH and couldn't contact the client. How does that even make sense, if your staff work from home, are we as client left to suffer and wait until the person that handled my case to go back to the office? I NEED someone to contact me today. YOU have my contact details and my emails. I am taking this case further if I don't get my money back.
My comment was removed!!! I am still getting billed for a services I have never used!!! No one is getting back to me, nothing is happening!!! What am I paying for????????????? I spoke to Courtney Roypen in the beginning of September last year who promised she would escalate my query and I confirmed with her that we had not used your service. Please check your recording, go check your service and see that my I HAVE NEVER USED YOUR service. This is getting ridiculous now!!! I am not going back and forth until someone calls me now~!!! This is disguisting
