Regus takes your money
We have office space with them and they over bill, they don't stock to their agreements and hide behind their international liability clauses as they are not a South Africn company, if you use your credit card they will bill you haphazardly and when they feel. Becareful when doing business with them

Scam, Do not trust them, they don't refund, get the same reply, Still not received my order and it was over R1000. Do not buy from them.

Super Customer service from Jessica -Alberton Matrix Head Office
I attended the Alberton Matrix Store and purchased a Logitech Webcam C310, Was assisted by Jessica. Had a compatibility issue with a product and explained it to Jessica, She immediately suggested an alternative product and again I had compatibility issues with the product. She went all out to follow up and exchange the product until I found what I wanted. She is an Asset to the business and Good friendly staff, that do they best they can are Hard to come by. If I was Matrix I would make sure I look after staff members like her ! She did and awesome Job. Thank You for making the shopping experience pleasant! Well done ! Keep up the good work!
