I've been struggling with connectivity (home fiber) for the past 3 weeks. The consultant stated that it seems like the modem needs to be replaced seeing that it's 6 years old this after being on hold for 1hour 40 minutes. This week again same issues, yesterday technical will call and I will need to perform test on a ***ing dead modem as there is only 1 light on and not the 3 for a normal working modem, but they did not call. This morning they again promised they will assist me at 19:00 in the evening as I am full time at the office, surprise no one called. I tried using their Chat service and was assisted an hour later by someone useless.
May you kindly teach your staff that they are there to work and not treat their clients as if we are children. And yes I will make the a race thing cause if it was a white man they would not even dare say or do the following. I was at you Puma Outlet Store in Atterbury Pretoria and was undecided if I should buy 2 pairs of sneakers at Nike or Puma so after visiting Nike having the 2 pairs of sneakers in mind I decided to go to Puma just to weigh up my options and see if Puna has anything better. At you Puma Outlet Store in Atterbury I was picking up boxes to ensure that they have my correct size and placing it back I could feel something was wrong and thought it would be disrespectful to leave it outside and not where I found it. As I was trying to put the boxes pack it unfortunately shifted the boxes on the other side. This is where one of your staff members decided to treat me like a child and tell me that I shouldn't take out boxes and ask for help as look what im doing. As I customer I decided not to be confrontational and rather leave your store and spend my money at Nike. Either fix your shelving issues and treat your staff manners and customer service. Will clearly not spend my money at a place that treat customers in a disrespectful manner.
My Fibre has been out for the past 2 days, your useless chat service isn't working and I've been on a call for the past 40 minutes and im still caller number 16. Your service is utterly unacceptable and useless. And this is after you sending price increases! Note I'll be canceling this contract.
Virgin Active Faerie Glenn This is such a useless club we are in March 2024 and this is my 2 complaint with regards to the above club Virgin Active Faerie Glen And seeing that you did not respond to my first complaint I take it I can go ahead and file a formal complaint at the Department of Health regarding your studios not providing adequate ventilation nor circulation in your studios. Your *********** staff refuse to listen to us when we complain that the air on is not working and that it’s way cooler outside than inside your studios Do something for heavens sake
Can I kindly request where I need to report VA Faerie Glenn for health and safety concerns. It’s totally ridiculous that when it’s common knowledge for the staff when and where certain classes are afford yet they refuse to switch on the air con. Don’t let me get started when it’s cloudy then the air con is switch off entirely. In a spinning studio that’s fully booked for 21 people no ventilation and no circulation and yet the air con is constantly off.

I added Norton 360 Premium to my account 28.11.2023, for some reason I did not receive the activation code, after 30 minutes on the phone and all of your *********** staff sending me from technical to sales, sales send me back to technical because they don't deal with it, back to technical and technical can't help. How is it possible that you have a fleet of staff and none of them are accommodating to assist in the proper manner?
Hi Vodacom 4U is currently running a promotion for a PS5 @ R369. I app**** online and one of your consultants just phoned me stating that I can only get the special if I have a data contract with you. I have a cellphone contract and as per online application nowhere does is it state that I need to have a data contract in order to apply for the PS5. Kindly explain why there are no specific terms and conditions for this application and also the fact the the price is stated as R369 online yet your consultant who phoned me kept on insisting that it's R399. Quite a waste of time and energy and utter useless staff.
This is not the first nor the second time that I’m formally requesting attention with regards to your club in Olympus Pretoria East (Virgin Active Faerie Glenn). For some reason your *********** staff does not know the purpose of an air conditioning. Just because it’s cloudy doesn’t necessarily means it cold. Every Tuesday evening at 17h30 and Wednesday 17h00 we have to constantly remind and ask them to switch in the air conditioning. Kindly train them on the purpose of an air conditioner please. It is absolutely miserable spinning for 2 hours on a Wednesday and in the first 15 minutes we are soaking wet.
Hi Please note that Spring is upon us and that the temperatures in Pretoria is increasing and its no longer cold as if was in Winter. Your lovely staff at Virgin Active Faerie Glenn for some reason is totally ill equip to work an aircon during Winter they had the aircon on full blast now that the temperatures are increasing we as members have to constantly request for them to switch it on. It totally baffles me that when they are fully aware of the times seeing that there's a schedule indicating the times for the classes they are not willing to switch on when there are classes and may kindly switch it off when no one is in the studios. Kindly remind them to please switch it on during class. Thank you.
