I have been engaging since the 1st August 2023, for my refund. My broker informs me on Monday the 29th Januray 2024, that "Vitality Travel" will not refund my Comair ticket. I am unable to claim from Comair as it was purchased through VITALITY TRAVEL. I have my International salary deposited into my USD Discovery bank account, each month. This month, my salary is just sitting there, with "1Pending Transaction". The USD that have been received, will not clear and I am therefore unable to exchange USD to ZAR. Called the call center the next day, NOBODY able to resolve the issue. "They will escalate the matter. We are now on day 2, with still no resolution. everyone is looking in to the matter, with nobody competent to fix the problem. Do not offer a USD account, when you do not have the ability to provide an associated service. Bye Bye Discovery bank. I will be closing my account, when I get back to RSA.

Every year, customers have to send repeated emails in June, requesting their tax certificates, for the interest that was earned. tymebank - you really need to learn from the professionals out there. Get your system automated, and email the tax certificates timeously!!! Who in your division is in charge of this? No communication whatsoever on when you will email the statements? Calling from outside RSA, Trying to transfer 7.1 Million from my discovery bank account, into my wife's Discovery account, and they increase my credit card purchase limit to 7.1 Million. Over R 1000 in phone calls, and 5 hours later, my daily payment limit has not been increased. Call center - "we also can not let you know (even via email) when your limit has been increased". How will I know, when the planets have been aligned, should I just keep trying every 10 minutes Tshepi??? Looking forward to cancelling ALL of my discovery products, when I get back to RSA. Your banking system is run by idiots. Far better competent service providers out there.

Use stuttaford van lines at you own peril. Absolutely the WORST removal company that you could use. Moved from Johannesburg to George. The Only reason why they get 1 star, is because the collection team did a good job. The delivery was shocking!!! Let me reiterate that, SHOCKING. The crew of uns****ed labor that was used to deliver the goods (Into a Brand New House), were incompetent to say the least. Goods arrived in Squashed boxes, with several broken items that we are still unpacking. The VERY FIRST box , was manhandled into a passage way hall, s****ing paint all the way as they went in. Tool boxes were dropped on to (R680 a square meter Italian tiles), chipping 3 of them. To add insult to injury, the only bed that was moved, was so badly damaged, that the wood of the base was split. A wall unit was then rammed into (NEW) passage way cupboards, managing to dent and scratch them irreparably. The delivery "crew" could not drop off and escape quick enough. Everything was insured through overseasAM.com (Which stuttafords uses), 3 months later after dealing with overseasAM (Insurance Company), i am still standing by to be compensated. Their excuses are ENDLESS. Do yourself a favour, and steer WELL clear of stuttafords van lines. They are Bad news, and seriously incompetent.
