I have my International salary deposited into my USD Discovery bank account, each month. This month, my salary is just sitting there, with "1Pending Transaction". The USD that have been received, will not clear and I am therefore unable to exchange USD to ZAR. Called the call center the next day, NOBODY able to resolve the issue. "They will escalate the matter. We are now on day 2, with still no resolution. everyone is looking in to the matter, with nobody competent to fix the problem. Do not offer a USD account, when you do not have the ability to provide an associated service. Bye Bye Discovery bank. I will be closing my account, when I get back to RSA.

Every year, customers have to send repeated emails in June, requesting their tax certificates, for the interest that was earned. tymebank - you really need to learn from the professionals out there. Get your system automated, and email the tax certificates timeously!!! Who in your division is in charge of this? No communication whatsoever on when you will email the statements? Well done, what a dysfunctional bank. 2 days to go, before tax submission starts. You guys are CHAMPIONS.
EVERY YEAR it is the same problem with these IDIOTS. When will you send out the itb(3) certificates? EVERY YEAR, numerous emails have to be sent, requesting the itb(3). TymeBank likes to take TIME to get things done. Tax season opens in 2 days, and still no certificates. Who is the retard responsible for automatically sending out the certificates? How is it, that you stuff this up every year? No accountability with the numbnut that runs the itb(3) section? No communication, informing their clients WHEN the certificates will be emailed. Try to learn something, from the professionals out there.... Everything is available on the website.
