Good day. I have ordered 2xVice Record Jaws EV100D 100mm from Home Box (Pty) Ltd and paid them R544.82 for the goods on 30 June 2016. The order or Proforma Invoice No. is 138391. I have tried to phone them on the following numbers, ********** 208, ********** 150 and ********** 219 but the phone just keep on ringing till it cuts out. Now answer. There address appears to be 252 Van Heerden Street, Capitol Park, Pretoria. The person I have dealt with, is the Sales Manager Mr. Jacques Lombaard.

Acknowledgement of payment was received on 3 July 2016 from Mr, Lombaard. I have sent him emails on 7 and 8 July requesting a delivery date. On 8 July 2016 he replied that he was out and will follow up with Daniel. On 11 July Mr. Lombaard replied again that he will follow up with Daniel in connection with my "installation". On 13 July 2016 I requested an update again. Mr Lombaard replied and said that they are collecting the goods and will ship it tomorrow (15 July) but not later than the 16th or the 18th of July 2016. On 18 July he emailed that the goods will be shipped out tomorrow (19 July) but not later than 20 July 2016. Today, 20 July 2016, he postponed delivery to "as soon as possible" and on 21 July I gave him my bank details to refund me. He again ask me for my address and I gave it to him. He then postponed the delivery to 22 July. So far, nothing. My impression is that I have been robbed of my money.

Please see my previous complaints.

This is my third complaint about the same problem.
Mr Paul Hendricks phoned me on 18 March 2016, he understand the problem and promised to escalate the issue. A male person contacted me via phone on 29 March 2016, and told me that my contract has been fixed and that I can do my upgrade now which was due 1 February 2016. But still, my upgrading status is blocking me for doing so. It says my \Upgrade status: Awaiting stock\". I do not know what it means and I do not await any stock. This \"Awaiting stock\" seems to block the process. It also says the following when I try to do the upgrade namely, \" You are not due for upgrade yet but can upgrade on 01 Feb 2016\". Please read carefully. It says that my upgrade is due 2 months back, this year. Can anyone believe this incompetence? This issue is going on for nearly 2 months now and Vodacom have failed me again. It is a disgrace and an insult to me, since I have been a customer with Vodacom for about 15 years now. JUST FIX THE PROBLEM PLEASE!!!!
"
I have upgraded to a new contract as from 2 February 2016. I have opted for the Smart S package, sim card only, R 209.00 per month and in return I should receive 150 minutes, 400 SMS's and 400Mb data per month, instead, I only receive half of everything. I have tried to rectify this telephonically, but was given the run around treatment. They say that something is on back order but I do not know what and neither do they. Promises to rectify it, failed as it is with most businesses these days. The run around telephone numbers is:- You start with 082111 and then you are passed on to 0821946 and the next one is 0821959 and then you go back again to 082111, then the second and then the 3rd number and so it goes round and around. My cell/contract no is 0823744782.
In short. We bought a couch and chair from Coricraft on 29 July 2015 at their Park View store in Pretoria East. Received 26 Aug 2015. The seats of the couch and chair were extremely stiff (hard) and uncomfortable. The structure of the couch and chair was leaning forward. The seats were thicker at the back than in the front and one glide of to the front. I have to re adjust my sitting position the whole time which were very irritating and tiring. I lodged a complaint to Leon Lochner at their Park View branch and he forwarded it to Liwa Radebe at Head Office. A Mr. Botha was sent to investigate the complaint and I have explained everything to him, he just took a quick seat and said there was nothing wrong and nothing happened there after. Emails were sent in circles between me, Leon and Liwa. I demanded that the problem be rectified or be refunded. They offered me another product but I suggested that they only have to replace the seats and shortened the rear legs but it was turned down. The furniture were collected and now I am still waiting for my refund after I queried it twice. I am extremely disappointed in Coricraft and communication does not exists. Won't see me again.
