Never EVER sign a Live Easy Apartment lease. They're the most disrespectful, arrogant *******s you'll ever come across. Once you sign their lease, they see it as a license to disrespect you. The ill treatment I received from them, is one for the books, but it's not over. Don't be fooled by the "positive" reviews, they pay tenants upon arrival to review them and then buy them electricity vouchers. They will show you flames after writing that review
I'm looking for people who can assist with proof that they were paid by Live Easy for positive reviews online, when they moved in. Google has a strict rule against companies who pay customers for positive reviews - Live Easy send you an email when you move in, ask you to leave positive reviews, then they repay you with an electricity voucher. That is not only ******* in South Africa, but around the world. I need more people to submit a report to Google, or you can reach out to me to assist, they will be sued, fined $51 000 per person and they will be removed from Google and Google maps. Since they think they're slick with their ***** business dealings, then they won't mind paying these hefty fines to Google and the National Consumer Commission. Their level of disrespect and arrogance is unbelievable, and they're arrogant enough to confirm their ******* activities in writing because they believe that they're untouchable - well... Google will touch them! I need us to report them in numbers, too many people have been disrespected by these people and instead of dealing with matters decently, they decide to run a **** by paying customers for reviews which is *******. Let's hit them where it hurts!
I'm a tenant at Live Easy Fourways and wouldn't advise anyone to sign their godforsaken lease! They **** and said the building was complete, but the building is still very much under construction. So if you want to live on a construction site with constant noise of drilling and pounding, then go ahead and sign. If you also work night shift and have to rest during the day, brace yourself because you'll get no sleep! They have admitted to lying about the building being complete, to get people to sign their lease, and completely unbothered by how it affects you. I'm warning people who are considering this place, Live Easy Fourways, to stay far away as you can. It doesn't matter that you're stand up tenant, paying your rent on time and bothering nobody- these vultures will lie to get you to sign the lease and be unbothered while their at it. There's no living easy here... You live a lie!
I promised myself that I wouldn't even bother to write a review about Ithemba again, but they're just begging for it... This is pure and utter BULL****!!!! Not only BULL**** but a breach of contract. If the company can switch off tenant's electricity for late payments, then I as a tenant am well within my rights to abandon Ithemba's godforsaken lease, because of breach of contract by not providing the services that I pay for. And this exempts me from any penalties, because this is clearly a failure of management. My job is compromised because I'm not getting the service that I pay for, the very basic service that Ithemba committed to provide - electricity. This is disrespectful beyond measure. I just threw out food because of a 3day power outage, and now today on the 11th, the power is out again. Ithemba Management should just leave the property management business to people who know what they're doing, they're clearly not cut out for this and punching out of their weight class. How many days should we expect the power to be out this time? Do you even know, since you never know anything? I need out of my lease, with NO PENALTIES!!!! You're in breach of contract and I need to be released from my lease to move out month end, keep your ****** hell hole!!!!! ****** hell!!!!
Siphiwe Kebeni helped me change my insurance and he was spectacular. Talking to him makes you feel all your problems go away, he's made for customer care.
Pure *******! The management is a joke and doesn't adhere to their own rules. Tenants are encouraged weekly, to report nuisance and excessive noise but when you do they run circles around the matter. I'm currently staying at Diamond and this is only my 6th week since moving in, I'm dealing with a selfish and inconsiderate neighbor who makes excessive noise at ALL HOURS OF THE DAY!!! I have reported the matter to management 6 or more times already, and as I'm typing this, the guy is in his room playing his TV loudly and shouting at the top of his voice since 3am! Management sees the best solution as to remove ME and put me in another building, so that the guy can live comfortably making a nuisance for the other tenants who haven't complained. I have requested for early termination of my lease, because I can't live like this throughout a 12month lease, and guess what? They see it fit to charge me penalties for early termination, even though it's management's fault for refusal to deal with the ******* of a tenant, that I'm now forced into the inconvenience of having to move again. I just read a review here complaining about the same issue, and I'm kicking myself for not reading the reviews before signing their godforsaken lease. The nightmare extends to water and electricity cuts, and laundry that's left on the washing line for days that the building manager is unbothered by. If you want peace of mind... Do yourself a favour and stay far away from Ithemba Properties, it's definitely not worth the money to be subjected to such torture!
<p>Pierres Plumbing took my house plan to do a quote for plumbing for my house. I confirmed that I would be using their services, but I needed the plan back. On the 17th of August, I asked for the plan back and Barry ignored me. On the 10th of November, I asked for the plan again and he said he'd send his guy to bring it back, but he was concerned about him doing the plumbing work. I called him again on the 11th of November and he assured me that he would have the plan delivered. On the 16th of November, I asked Barry for their address so I can pick up the plan myself, since dropping it off was a problem and he ignored me. today is the 17th of November and I called him 3 times and he ignored my calls, and didn't get back to me. I called with a different number and he told me he doesn't understand what I need the plan for, he actually had the decency to ask for an explanation as to what I wanted to do with MY plan! I'd committed to use him for the plumbing, and he's now holding onto my plan, possibly in an attempt to honour our agreement. We got into a heated argument because I told him that it's MY plan, and didn't need to explain myself to him for wanting it back. This guy has thee most disgusting business ethics I've ever come accross, and would like to warn people to NEVER use his services. He's arrogant, self righteous and down right rude. He says he's been in business for many years and I don't know who I'm dealing with, but his business is clearly not doing too well since he can't even afford to file his returns and getting deregistered. With gutter ethics like that, I'm not surprised at all. </p>
