Booked first class flight. Flight was cancelled and they rebooked us in business class. This was on 21 Dec 2024. They have yet to credit us for the first class tickets . They dont respond to their claims procedure which was officially logged on 1 January .

She was extremely professional and the entire transaction was seamless from beginning to post delivery. She knows what she is doing, kept us updated along the way and used her influence to speed up the additional torments and the delivery . She is certainly the sales lady to contact should you be looking for a Suzuki . We also experienced an open, professional and fluid experience with ANGELA JOSEPH , the in-house F&I. They phoned me last night to say that they are installing the Fibre line today . I put a days leave in so I can be here. This morning their contractor arrives to say he has two other jobs and can’t attend to mine . What a joke! It’s impossible to win with ATEc/ Myown ISP
