It seems one night while calling an Uber while drunk there was some pop up that offer you a discount which automatically signs you up for Uber One monthly fees. I literally had no odea I was signed up. Uber have been debiting my account since without my knowledge. I tried to cancel Uber One but the "Leave Uber One" button did not exist. This is a very clever con by Uber which relies on people trying to get a ride. It's completely *********. I used to love Uber, but this has completely soured my experience. I feel like I was ****** by Uber. They are also debiting strange random amounts long after using their service. Disgusting and *********. I will never us Uber or Uber Eats again.
Zero after sales service. 20 minute waits on the phone and at reception for service which includes being cut off after waitingnon hold forever . Waiting 5 weeks for a battery replacement for my car. No courtesy cars available. No replies to messages left. No idea how to upgrade software in their cars. William Hunt posssibly has given me the worst service Ive had in SA. I think Telkom might be easier to deal with.
