It seems one night while calling an Uber while drunk there was some pop up that offer you a discount which automatically signs you up for Uber One monthly fees. I literally had no odea I was signed up. Uber have been debiting my account since without my knowledge. I tried to cancel Uber One but the "Leave Uber One" button did not exist. This is a very clever con by Uber which relies on people trying to get a ride. It's completely *********. I used to love Uber, but this has completely soured my experience. I feel like I was ****** by Uber. They are also debiting strange random amounts long after using their service. Disgusting and *********. I will never us Uber or Uber Eats again.
Absolutely **** communication, and reason not to pay. I received a bill 3 months ago. Have queried and escalated the problem. I still have not been contacted by Discovery or told how this problem is going to be resolved. The lack of communication has been pathetic. They try call me but Im in meetings and at work amd and also dont amswee 086 numbers I cant ca back. Send me official email communication so that I can reply like any other company. The doctor has sent the correct documentation, I want to know why I am being billed and having to fight 3 months later. Communate properly like every other industry!!
My Opel Astra had gone in 6 times since lock down began 4 times for the sams issue. I have driven less than 2000 kms in 6 months. My car been in over 40 times in 4 years on 40 000kms. My car has spent a 1/3 of the time I've owned it in repair at Williams Hunt Fourways. The car is yet again broken with seemingly the same issue. I reccomend never NEVER buying a car that is required to be serviced at Williams Hunt. It's been a sheer nightmare owning this car and a huge waste of money. I will be selling it as soon as the warranty is up because it seems WH don't know how to repair the cars they sell. I know it will give me reoccurring problems after warranty that WH haven't repaired properly. I feel like WH have replaced half the car in repairs since buying it. Do yourself a favor get a car somewhere else.
Unsolicited call saying they have opened up an account with funds in my name asking if I would like to take take over. They will not disclose who opened up the account. If these aren't scam artists then they sure as hell sell themselves as scam artists.
Zero after sales service. 20 minute waits on the phone and at reception for service which includes being cut off after waitingnon hold forever . Waiting 5 weeks for a battery replacement for my car. No courtesy cars available. No replies to messages left. No idea how to upgrade software in their cars. William Hunt posssibly has given me the worst service Ive had in SA. I think Telkom might be easier to deal with.

SA is living in the telecommunications stone age!!
I contacted Telkom via online chat service cause calling Telkom is a waste of time. I got \assistance"fairly quickly. I asked if I could get ADSL in my area. Telkom couldn't locate my address on their system. I checked the coverage maps and have DSL coverage"
