Once again this Anamil *****s has saved our baby... firstly last year with Parvo they did everything in their power to save Lexi and they did and this year ... like dogs eat everthing they can find... they performed an emergency surgery to remove a foreign object from her stomach and intestine which could have also been live threatening. The service, the people, the handling of accounts with the insurance... everything was excellent and done so professional and also with a human touch dealing with lives. Thank you everyone at Bakenkop AC for saving our Lexi for a 2nd time.
What a pleasant experience we had with Oneplan and their Pet Insurance department. Between them and Bakenkop Anamil Hospital our pup was sorted in no time with the emergency operation she had to undergo. I would suggest the App is upgraded though for invoices to be uploaded as that never works, but other platforms allows to do so. Thanks for your service.
I have been calling .. sending messages and whatsups and i have emailed customer service. No response on all of the platforms. They have had my parcel since beginning October and i still cant get hold of them to send it to me! Computer automative responses are super unprofessional and Skynet could really upgrade their communication methods and timelines.
I would just like to applaud Etienne on brilliant service he rendered yesterday 14.01.2016 he really help me with every enquiry i had. Think he is a great asset to Outsurance and you can be real proud of him!!!
