It is disgusting how dermalogica proclaim to run a business and constantly send promotional business texts but NEVER answer calls or return calls either since this morning, eastgate branch.
I am training with a fairly new personal trainer at Virgin Active Bedfordview, his name is Thabang better known as "Coach T", he is the absolute best at training in terms of strength, motivation, focus, persistence and endurance, it is for this reason I will always stay at Virgin Active, he is incredible to say the least.
I visited the branch in Bedfordview and received the worse service ever, nobody assisted me and was interested in helping me and I was forced to leave the store.
I have lodged a query with the fraud over 2 months ago, they have debited my account for the full amount and nobody has come back to me, completely unaaceptable and very pathetic service.
I have spent over 2 hours trying to resolve an existing fraud query with STD bank, they have now debited me for the money which was never investigated, followed up or refinded.
I have been waiting over a month now for the fraud department to reverse charges on my bank statement, they have done nothing until now and billing refuses to adjust the charges on my credit card statement which will be going off at the end of the month and have now caused a huge inconvenience on my debit order.
I lodged a fraud query on the 17/10/2022 and until now nothing has been resolved, they now want to charge me on my credit card to pay these charges at the end of the month! Unacceptable and pathetic service as always, spent another 45 mins on the phone and got nowhere!!!!
I am waiting over 6 weeks with no response with regards to a fraud case on my credit card. My debit order will be going off at the end of the month and if the charges are not reversed, I am unsure of how much I will be expected to pay. It is unfair and inconvenient to make me wait this long for well deserved answer.
I called Standard Bank for the 10th time following up on my existing fraud case and I spoke to Vuyi Singongo at 13.06 pm, 15/11/2022 and once again she referred me back to the fraud department and did not ownership by assisting me with my fraud case. This is unacceptable and pathetic service from Standard Bank, I feel like I need to close my bank and go back to Nedbank.
I am still waiting for the fraud dept to reverse the charges that were taken off my account without my permission, it has been over 10 days now with no feedback! Cant see my credit card balance or owing charges as my internet banking is de activated.
