Bought tyres. 1 tyre got damaged. After making contact with Clint, does not phone me or came to Paarl as undertaken. Now just no resonse from him.
Logged a claim about 12 November 2024. Firstly a threatening mail, then accused by Lucky as a *****ster for double insurance? Mail said to be approved at insurance Co in different town. Went to their Co on Panel in hometown. Numerous mails sent to Lucky, just ignored. Numerous calls including 22 Jan helped by Tasneem, Advised should be sorted in 3 days, then 29 Jan spoke to Liezel- Still waiting as repair company still not authorized, Still waiting for *********** assessors and staff including Lucky. Up to now, no word. This is now more than 3 months already- based on this experience, the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with-
Worst experience ever. When somebody tried to break in, we got them out my yard, told them exactly where they went to. Refused to send response unit out in Paarl. Wolf responded and I am not even their client. ADT just lost another client after more than 15 years
Cell C do not know what they are doing and do not care about their clients. Instruction was given to Cell C (via Glocell) to change number to prepaid as from 1 May 2016 when the contract would expire. We received SMS contract will expire 28/08/2016. Cell C just terminated contract and Number immediately. Now no contact with outside world for 6 days. I am visiting in Johannesburg and cannot contact anybody. What if something happens with me!!!!! Glocell sent numerous mails to cell C and we are still waiting and waiting, and waiting, and waiting and still waiting.
Dec 2013, after 2 gents did marketing at my employer with promise of a backpack if I join, because I stay in Sunninghill, I decided to go to Sunninghill branch to support the local guys in my area. The only info I was given is R239-60 for a family if I am a member of the Liberty rewards program which I paid R213-00 with no conditions mentioned. Up to today, I never received a copy of the agreement from Virgin active nor the backpack from Sunninghill (they did not have backpacks, but ivo the good deal, I was happy not to receive the backpack) Then Virgin active changed the conditions one sidedly to pay Virgin Active R1198 and Liberty to reimburse me with R958-40. This happened for a couple of months and then the reimbursement stop. In view of this false pretences the package was marketed and sold to me, the one sided change in the conditions make this contract illegal and null and void- I stopped my Debit order with effect 1 July 2015 as a result of this.
