My wife and I booked a foot massage with BOA Beauty Bar Riverlands Mall via the Fresha site. OMW what ****ty service, firstly the receptionist has no sense of service or welcoming clients. All she was focused on is that the booking doesn't reflect on the store's software even when we showed her the Fresha app reference. Understand your staff represents your business train them how to service your clients. You've not just lost 2 clients because we won't recommend your business to anyone in our circle.
I would like to thank Fabio for his phenomenal service, this is rare in South Africa nowadays. It is refreshing to see that there are still people and businesses that value their clients and honour the product warranties. Some context, I made contact with Fabio Thursday 19 December 2024 after my massage gun packed up. I bought it 2 years ago and bought a Premium warranty and shared my receipt details and literally 5mins later he responded with you are eligible for a replacement unit. The unit was out with the courier Friday 20 December and received Monday 23 December 2024. Hassle free experience, thank you Fabio.
As a client for more than 20years you've inspired me to close my account and investment due to your bad policies and service. How ridiculous is it to charge your clients R160 service charges for making R200 in change (change larger currency to smaller currency). I have to have a business account to make change at a bank, how ridiculous is that. So you know 4 other people in the bank closed their accounts yesterday upon hearing about this fee. Something to think about @StandardBank.
