Alwyn Coetsee from Turner Morris is extremely rude. He was aggressive and slammed the phone down while I was still talking to him. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Alwyn Coetsee from Turner Morris is the most arrogant person I have ever spoken to. He is rude, ill-mannered, impolite and disrespectful sales person ever. Not at all recommended to do business with anybody at Turner Morris. Their products are not user friendly at all. Stay away from these people.
I have been waiting for more than a month to receive an email from Aramex for my SHEIN order! Still no email. When I call Aramex, I hold on for 25 minutes and still nobody speaks to me. Only music in my ears. Very, very bad service!
Stay away from Menlyn Roadworthy Centre. We had an extremely bad experience at Menlyn Roadworthy Centre. I am waiting for more than three weeks now for my license disk. Two very rude women named Geraldine and Juanita told me it was our fault that they did not apply for my license. We have to drive back to them for the THIRD time because of their poor admin. Juanita says I am more than welcome to give Menlyn Roadworthy Centre a real bad review, so this is exactly what I am doing now. I feel sorry for the owner of this place because he has no idea how extremely incompetent, inept and rude his staff is while he is not there. Many people complain about this place on Social Media too. What a disappointment!
Stay away from Woolworths clothing online shopping! Brooklyn Woolworths (Trenery counter) in Brooklyn Mall refuses to refund a R900 blouse. They accuse the customer of make up on the garment while the customer never even fitted the blouse at home. It was way too small. The gentleman at Trenery counter was extremely rude and aggressive and the CEO of Woolworths should take duly note of this aggressive employee. Woolworths will never see me again.
Mr Price Home is a disgrace. We bought and paid an expensive couch online on the 24th of November 2020. It is the 8th of December now. No one can tell us why it was not delivered. Call centre is a disaster. You wait for 15 minutes for somebody to pick up the phone. Then they are extremely rude and scream at us. Stay away from Mr Price Home!
Entourage Hair & Beauty Studio: Kenny's extremely immature behaviour. I used to have Kenny, the salon owner, do my hair. Kenny's mother works as a receptionist in the salon. She accidentally omitted to delete an appointment which I cancelled with her in a particular week. This resulted in Kenny not booking another client in the time slot which caused him to become furious. It was obviously a mistake on the salon’s side and it was not a big mistake to start off with but this very mistake caused a scene that lasted several months. Upon discovering the particular diary mistake, Kenny blamed me and made a scene out of something that was not meant to become a scene at all. He left me with wet hair and said that his colleague would have to do my hair on the particular day as he refused to do so. He escalated the situation to the extent that he refused to do my hair ever again. I greeted him every time I entered the salon to have his colleague do my hair but he mostly refused to greet me back. This has never happened to me or to anyone I know before. What a childish, short sited and extremely immature way of handling the matter! As a result of the ongoing emotional abuse directed towards me I have been left with no other choice but leave the salon altogether. The other employees of the salon and I became good friends and it is sad for all that a client relationship had to be ended as a result of the owner’s behaviour.
The public should know about a man called Emile from' Audio & Satellite', Faerie Glen, Pretoria East. This man came to my house to fix my TV problem in Pretoria East. He creates a false impression since he drives a Multichoice branded bakkie but he does not work for them, or affiliate with Multichoice at all. Not once did Emile mention what his costs were or probably would be. He did not quote me verbally or inform me regarding any costs whatsoever. When he left he walked up to me and asked if I am paying cash or EFT. I said I had cash. He claimed R1 900 cash from me. I paid him. He did not supply me with any kind of invoice or paperwork and left. After he left my TV still gave problems. I contacted him again. He came back after several days and changed something small on my TV. Again I requested him to give me an invoice. He randomly scribbled a few random things on a home bought invoice without any letterhead, address or logo. I saw he charged me R1 000 for labour, stating that he was at my house for two hours. This is an absolute lie. He replaced a decoder eye and a RCA cable. How on earth could this take two hours? When I complained he became aggressive towards me. He insulted me hugely and shouted at me in my own home! He threatened me, saying that he 'recorded everything'. He was utterly mean to me when he realised that I caught him out. He left without paying me some of the promised labour money back. I sincerely hope Multichoice and their Pretoria East clients take note of this Emile person's way of doing business with their clients.
<p>As an avid investor, I yesterday contacted Mr Luciano Benade from Efficient Advise in Hazelwood, Pretoria to discuss the possibilities of a big investment. After introducing myself, I asked Mr Benade if it is a convenient time for him to talk on the phone. He confirmed it is, and I proceeded by asking him to tell me more about his company, since my tax advisor referred me to him. For some reason Mr Benade became very arrogant and insisted on calling me “Lady” over and over again, and asking me what exactly the purpose of my call is. Again I said the name of my tax advisor and that he referred me to Mr Benade and Mr Benade kepr on saying he does not know such a person. He then said he won't continue with the conversation as he is with a client. I asked him why he then said he is available for this conversation when I asked him previously. His answer was “Lady, I don’t know what your problem is and I don't have time to speak to you”. I told him that I had a considerable amount of money that I wanted to invest, but am not interested in his service or company anymore. Mr Benade then contacted my tax advisor, the exact same person he claimed not to know. He asked my tax advisor several questions about me and what is it with her and this "doctor" thing (I introduced myself on my title). My tax advisor confirmed that I am one of his clients and that he referred me to Efficient Advise, specifically Mr Benade. I then wrote two sms messages to Mr Benade, urging him to stop talking to me via my tax advisor and also to stop contacting me. He phoned my tax advisor yet again, complaining about my sms messages and requiring my email address without my consent to “formalise” the happenings of yesterday. I have been in the cut throat investment industry for many years, and have never come upon such an arrogant, hostile and condescending attitude towards a prospective new client. The mere fact that Mr Benade made an issue of my title and how he should address me, shows shocking enforcement of misplaced hierarchy and patriarchy - two constructs that do not belong in 2016 no more. I cannot recommend Luciano Benade to anybody who is serious about investing money. He shows no respect at all.</p>
