The promised ETA times have come and gone, and the information provided has been misleading and unreliable. It appears that the Dealer Principal is neither involved nor concerned. Despite the significant amount of money we have spent, we are left to follow up on everything ourselves. Your service has been shockingly poor, and even Volvo South Africa has been unable to exert any meaningful pressure on you. It’s no surprise that your products are losing ground in this country due to such substandard service. I will not let this matter rest. If necessary, I will escalate it to the furthest reaches of social media. I am consulting my attorneys this afternoon because I anticipate continued issues with poor communication and appalling service. It’s no wonder there is so much negative sentiment about your product on social media. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. I urge you to resolve this matter promptly. From the word go I have just have lies promises and run around soddy substandard work and worst of all accredited partner of CTM I wish I had read Hellow peter from the beginning
Realy bad ,discribed a car on the net on deliverd the back parcle tray was missing ,i paid for the car on the understanding they would supplie it after wards But now its like all the othe complaints about this company that finds loop holes in the CPA Disgracefull ,dont buy now help offerd on any come backs read the fine print
