I was very disappointed and unhappy I couldn’t fly to my destination during my R&R. I found piece and was glad to hear that someone called me after 3days from Travelstart. I still need to register and log a claim, trust everything work out well. Tomorrow is another day and so we need to learn what happened yesterday to forget as it’s the past. In life we fall, we need to stand up and focus of tomorrow. A special thanks to Hello-Peter, as this teaches you to release your frustrations and Re-think your actions and behaviour. Nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes. For those who think they make a success from stealing or unfair business transactions, I trust the wheels are turning. If only the world peoples can realise, we can only achieve what we really deserve, Together, we can do it !! Tom

I know Qatar airways are good, but they very clever. If you book, something wrong, it happened it’s my fault, but it’s there’s, they quick to say re-book, pay , I want more money. As I asked the Airline to assist, they not interested and said talk to travel agent, talk to travel agent to assist, they say talk to Qatar. Spoke to Qatar and say triple to pay for another ticket or talk to the travel agent. They just want to make money. And thus of an e-visa, which I never needed before. I have applied and paid the fee, still couldn’t fly after conversation to a rude supervisor (guy, forgot to ask his name “all he say it’s not his responsibility in helping me to achieve this e-visa requirement from Qatar) Now who is to blame How can you retrieve your money paid for your tickets. Everyone just passing the buck I feel it’s just a money scam Proof me wrong Especially in person Tom Dreyer
Actually I am a very positive person, do not like to say bad things of someone, but I must say, most companies, like Travelstart implemented automatic replies etc. Question ask or answered via a computer THIS is not the way forward, doing this, you hide something and be unlawful. I will take anyone on personally to proof I am correct. I wish the law could turn to out way to cut the lights of companies which are not true and performing to assist the community. Tom Dreyer
I’m a very fair person, I know we not perfect and believe in giving someone a chance. However, I had the last 10days of very very bad service from travelstart, proof of emails and how I tried to contact them. It’s a pity I have to include some people which may doing their job (ticketing only), but the rest are very unprofessional and slack on service. Personally I think taking chances of how they charge/ invoicing too. Be aware
Pick n Pay online (Krugersdorp) I have ordered items online. Pick n Pay didn’t deliver all the items ordered. I have emailed them (customer services), with no reply in 12 days to state why not all my items have not delivered?? Nor offered my money back ?? I won’t recommend to anybody.
