Terrible Service Classic Indian Bedfordview
My husband ordered the prawn curry but got lamb because the waitress recommended it and for this order. No apology or offer to amend. The restaurant was empty and managers hid like ***ards. I think they are on their last legs. Only have limited food available no seafood and throw the junior staff under the bus. My last visit or Uber order is today.

Terrible Service Classic Indian Bedfordview

Terrible food. Everything is tomatoes based.
Went to have a meal at this place yesterday. 7/01/24. The place and set up is beautiful and serene. Ambient setting. Tables are set up beautifully and the tranquil Indian music playing in the background. The staff of this restaurant were excellent. Very very well dressed clean and humble. But .. The Food was the worst ever. Have never tasted food this horrible. Tomatoe based mutton curry in their bunny's. Jeera and tomato and salt with meat. I was super disappointed as I was expecting a proper Indian bunny chow. As an Indian I don't know how they can call that a bunny chow. Their chicken curry was the same. After the bunny I tasted their chicken and that too was horrible. Tasted exactly like the mutton bunny. The manager came to me and I expressed my feeling about their food. He was so amazing and asked to replace the food with something else from the menu. He gave us some Kashmiri masala mutton dish. That too tasted like they grated tomatoes fried their masala and added jeera and meat to it, But with more sugar (sweeter) taste to it. I woke up and left the table. And paid my bill which came to R500 and gave the waiter a tip. She too was amazing same like all of them . But the food was totally horrible. Everything tasted like tomatoe chutney .

Terrible experience at The Classic India in Boksburg
I went to the restaurant in Boksburg. A total waste of money. The service was horrible, it felt as if they were doing us a favour while we are the ones paying for the service. The food, worst Indian food I’ve ever had. It went straight to the bin. I’m still mad at myself for actually paying. The food was dry, burned and tasted horrible. Even after complaining, no manager or chef cared enough to come ask about the experience. I will never ever set foot there.

I went to the restaurant in Boksburg. A total waste of money. The service was horrible, it felt as if they were doing us a favour while we are the ones paying for the service. The food, worst Indian food I’ve ever had. It went straight to the bin. I’m still mad at myself for actually paying. The food was dry, burned and tasted horrible. Even after complaining, no manager or chef cared enough to come ask about the experience. I will never ever set foot there.

Unacceptable presentation of food
This food arrive here like it had been through a dishwasher, looks totally inedible, and when I contacted the manager he didn't even want to assist... Utterly unacceptable for a paying customer to recieve food like this
