Worst service ever. They do not care about the principle of making the customer happy. As long as they get their money. I paid for nonsense. When placing the order, we agreed on the date and time I should get there. When I got there, I was asked to come back after a couple of hours. Not taking into consideration the plans a person had and also the petrol used to get there. When I eventually came back, they had my order in a colour I did not order. I was so defeated because they wasted my day, time and money. I had to go look for another outfit because I wasn’t going to embarrass myself. That Lawrence guy kept saying we should not judge the service now because it is a busy weekend. I believe your busiest time is when you need to show what your business is made of. Disappointed does not even cut it.
Delivery was fairly quick but they did not deliver exactly what I ordered. They delivered the products in incorrect colours and not only type of products, 3 of the products. I wonder if colours do not matter when packing. I would appreciate receiving something in black (what I ordered) instead of orange.
Ronald assisted me very quickly with my deal. I was able to get the car I wanted in outstanding condition and the financing process was also quite smooth.
Fastway has the worst tracking system and they lied to me. I was expecting a delivery on the 25/10/2022. At round about 3pm, I gave them a call to confirm that the package will be delivered on that day. They assured me that the driver will be there latest 6pm. At around 16h30, I called them to get the driver details and they told me that they cannot give out that detail. I called again and a different agent told me about checking the driver details on the website. I managed to find the driver and gave him a call at around 5pm. He assured me that he had my parcel and I’m his last stop and will be there at 6pm. 6pm I tried to call the driver and he didn’t pick up. I tried 3times after that at different intervals and still did not answer. I assumed that because they couldn’t deliver the package the previous day, they would prioritise it in the morning. I called the Fastway again in the morning, they told me that the package has been returned to the depot, no apparent reason was documented and no one bothered to communicate with me that the package was returned to the depot. I then asked if I can collect it myself since they are failing. The agent requested to call me back once she has done arranging collection. She called back and told me that the package has already been dispatched with the driver and the driver will be in contact with me soon. After an hour of no contact, I called again only to be told that the package is still at the depot. I requested to speak to the manager because now i was not sure who is telling the truth. The manager requested to call me back after she investigated. She called back to let me know that the driver just left with the package and according to the schedule he only delivers in my area in the afternoon. I was not happy with this response. When the driver eventually got to myself, he told me that he had a breakdown at the depot and everyone knew about it. I was totally in dismay with the fact that they could not afford me the truth. They didn’t communicate and on top of that they lied. I’m not sure what’s worse. They could have just let me collect and save me the trouble of not meeting my customer’s orders.
I had a line that was dead for 6days. I spent countless times contacting Metrofibre about the line and they gave me the same story each time. Instead, they brought in a technician on day 4 to come tell me that they are aware of the problem. When I called, they told me a technician will come fix but when no one pitched, no one bothered to contact me and let me know why they did not pitch. Day 5, they sent technicians to other units but mine. I had to go to those technician and explain that I haven’t been receiving any assistance and it was only then that they came to see what the issue was and only managed to fix the issue on Day 6…. And that’s only because I took one of the technician’s numbers and kept calling them on day 6 to ensure that they actually pitch. What irritated me the most is that they kept telling me the same story. I held on line for minutes on end to get assistance and every-time I was told someone is going to come. This was such an inconvenience as I had to figure out where to work and now had to pay loads of money to other service to providers for internet. This was quite a painful experience.
I went to the restaurant in Boksburg. A total waste of money. The service was horrible, it felt as if they were doing us a favour while we are the ones paying for the service. The food, worst Indian food I’ve ever had. It went straight to the bin. I’m still mad at myself for actually paying. The food was dry, burned and tasted horrible. Even after complaining, no manager or chef cared enough to come ask about the experience. I will never ever set foot there.
I hate Fungi utilities and their many charges and fees. I feel like we are their cows and they are milking us of every bit of our hard worked money. Nothing about the usage and billing makes sense. I am ready to sell my property because clearly I cannot afford the utilities.
I am not very happy with the service I received from MetroFibre. My work was inconvenienced for an entire week because of no connection. What irritated me the most was that I had to constantly call to follow up. No one was communicating anything. Their customer service is just shockingly horrible. I wouldn't recommend them. honestly because it seems that their fibre boxes constantly have issues and hence they are unable to get Technicians out quickly because the Technicians are busy fixing other fibre boxes.
I honestly don't understand why NSFAS actually publish it's contact details or even has a twitter account when they are not willing to answer or respond to any of them. I have been trying to call them, email them from different accounts, sent messages on their twitter, but no response. I have paid up my loan, but I still get statements that my account is outstanding, never mind, the calls and smses from their debt collection agencies who never have the latest balances. This is highly frustrating.
