I am not sure if its difficult to understand the meaning of "Settlement Statement". I have been asking for this for more than a month now and got a list of transactions of premium as a snipped. Firstly discovery decides to audit a claim from 2 years back and decides to cancel my policy and when I ask for settlement statement, nothing. Seriously. #policy -- 4000458954

It has been a pleasure seeking assistance from one of the branch consultant to resolve a almost 2 month old outstanding query with opening a youth account. Bonginkosi Khumalo from Rivonia branch was really living by the FNB values to create an awesome client experience of the #changeables. Claim : 3059119 - Plan 4000458954. Still waiting for the items to be removed from my plan. I am paying the premium of these items of almost an year now. Claim has been settled but claimed items stays in the plan. Had almost 20 emails on this in the past few months but still no closure. We are again trapped between the people and policy issue here. Staff is good but the policies sucks. We bought one of the best products from Samsung - Z FLIP 4 but outside South Africa. Now the default screen protector which comes with the original phone is diplicted and has bubbles at the flip side. We tried with service centre but its not showing as under warranty here in AFRICA REGION since it was bought from outside. Now they can only assist with a price but not sure how much. they ask us to pay for inspection chargers which makes no sense to us. Also, will have to leave the phone for few days for screen protortor change - really? Also if we get it changed outside, they will cancel the warranty even from the country we biught this piece from. ITS A HUGE TRAP We cannot send the phone to country of buy to fix it, they wont fix it, I cannot get it fixed outside - Claps :)
I have a horrible experience using ALL GRAND gel battries. I payed my fortune for 2 set of 200AH batteries in mid last year with a promise that these battries will last at least 3-4 good years if used adepuately. We got all the installatons from RELIEF ENERGY who only suggested ALL GRAND. Now when we ask, none of them are coming forward for support. Amazing customer experience dealing with @Kastello Govender from retentions department. He called after picking an email from his team to deal with retentions. He understands the customer needs and makes sure he suggests any possible way to fulfil the needs based on the product configurations side of Discovery.
