I have cancelled my policy as I don't want it they deducted the money and refuse to reverse it
easymula ****mers they have no contact details no email nothing, they show your application is sent for review and thats where it stays I have tried tp call them mail them even the whatsapp number no feedback you only get hold of the company that supplies their software
Worst service, I have requested a withdrawal from my RA , with the two pot system, my claim was loaded on the 7 september, I got an email stating they need a document then just change the date to the 2 of October, on the 1 I got a mail they needed another document and the date was changed to 14 of Oct , I have sent the document back phoned Sanlam , they then requested my tax from sars, that was received back on the 3 of October After I had to once again phone, I have basically been phoning them daily to them to do the work on the 3 Oct I was told that they will make the payment on the 3rd of Oct , I have phoned this morning again and They have not even moved on from where they was Yesterday, I have been phoning everyday this week. I accepted that this will never be finalised, I Don't want to know what battle you will have when someone passes away, i am letting family and friends know about this to move their policies
I got invoiced for a broken ups that had to be collect earlier this year, then I cancelled my line with vox and paid in full for december they came and collected the router and the ups on the 7th of December and I can't use the internet at my old place as there are no router any more great I pay for service and can't use it. I want this resolved today
Goodday , On Saturday 18/02/2023 , we went to the builders in Bloemfontein , we looked a inverters , the was a price over the boxes we asked if we can have one then we confirmed that the price was more than double The manager had an attitude that we need to check the barcode on the product. in the end we bought the inverter as we needed it , the way we got treated was unacceptable. Also with my experience with builders there will be no reply or feedback on this issue. I will taking this up with the consumer council
Still waiting for anybody from vox to contact me about a ups that is broken, this was logged 2 weeks ago , I had to pay for it this month again and its not working so during loadshedding I have to use my mobile data because the routers don't have power this is the ref no Vox20046772
I have been trying to resolve an issue for more than 3 hours today on the app every time my message gets delete or it says i have not responded , this is really a grap app maybe they must go back to paper i think posting a letter to fnb would be faster then this grap app
I have contacted VOX on the 17th of December to cancel my current fiber line as I am moving , I asked the sales person can I cancel my fiber and then re-apply for the new premise , I have been a vox customer for a year now , the lady then told me i have to cancel it then can only apply for the new line the end of January and the new application can take 2 to 6 weeks , when i told her i can't as I work from home se said thats how VOX work and i must look for another solution till the fiber at the new place can be installed , her attitude smells , I will never use VOX again , my family and friends who have business account will also move .
OK so Ihave put FNB here n week ago , would receive feedback in 24 hours ,so fnb is an ostrich hide the head in the sand so then the issue will just disappear, i made peace to pay for FNB fraud and theft . change your slogan from "How can we help you" to 'How much can we steal from you'
Fnb reserve money on pos purchase then they charge a fee 6 day later if there is not sufficient fund in your account this is not on one transaction this is on multiple i don't leave money in my account because of card fraud but make sure when i do a purchase there is sufficient funds , don't even try to contact a consultant they always busy this is blatant theft and fraud
