Great Service, Good Prices - Happy Customer! There is nothing to complain about and the service from Ryan and Vincent was brilliant. I knew what was going on and I got the machine the way I wanted it.<br> Will definitely shop there again!
On 29 May a query on my account was raised with MTN. My internet bill was over 12000. It is always between 1500 and 2500. I requested an audit as I disputed the amount. Cherildene responded with an audit of 2 days. Both days had no usage amounts.<br> <br> I again queried: 1) usage for the other days that were omitted. 2)Who removed my limits. 3) Who authorized the limit increase.<br> 4) Breakdown of my usage as I also loaded extra bundles not appearing.<br> <br> Till this day no feedback. But, they did attempt to debit order the same amount on 27 June. Again it had to be stopped by the bank. I do not just pay. And since your service is not existing...you better call me and not sms, should you want money.<br> <br> Also. In the mean time my limit was raised again. Notified by sms without authorization, which goes against the CPA. Also roaming was enabled as requested. Please explain how, since you are avoiding emails (4 have been sent since 29 May) and your service desk has never taken one of my many calls - prob around 30. Line just gets cut mid shitt music. I DO NOT WANT ROAMING!<br> <br> What do you expect payment for. Im not getting service, OR, getting what i dont want.<br> <br> This is pathetic - dont go MTN. Go elsewher
In May 2015, I received a wonderful account from MTN, to the sum of R12,000<br> How is this possible, my average consumption for the past 12 months have never exceeded R2,000 - R2,500.<br> I am very familiar with how Data works, and thus monitor my usage carefully, I do go over my allocated bundle often, and load additional bundles as soon as this is noticed. I control downloads and know what is updating or downloading at any given time<br> <br> However, this month for some reason, I apparently exceeded my bundle by close to R9,000 on out of bundle usage. I queried this with accounts, asking for an audit, but received no response. I phoned MTN, but apparently the call centers are closed.<br> <br> What I find very weird is that I was not even home for two of the four weeks of May, being away on business. I do not have Wifi active on my router, no one else has access to the router in the locked up house. SO!, how is it possible to have not only doubled my normal usage, but quadrupled it?<br> <br> I have tried every possible way to contact them, so I guess I am **** out of luck. <br>
I needed to have my back tyre replaced due to a blow out. I phoned Christelle and arranged for a new tyre.<br> Without fuss the motorcycle was collected from my house, delivered at the outlet and the tyre was replaced. (note there was no charge for this). This all happened during a very dramatic family experience, I did not once have to worry about finding a way of having this addressed nor worry about if my bike would be handled with care.<br> During the replacement they ran an additional diagnostic and found another small problem which was quickly addressed. During all of this I was informed every step of the way. I knew exactly what was happening and was assured that I need not worry.<br> My bike was washed, prepped and ready for me to collect quicker than I anticipated.<br> I cannot thank the staff enough for all their assistance and the care taken with my \redhead".<br> <br> This is the reason why I switched"
