Travelstart has no provision for human contact. they have 100% automated and their automated system is by no means efficient. I have been tirelessly trying to get in touch to get assistance to change a booking to no avail. The irony being I used their WhatsApp platform less than a month ago - now suddenly, I cannot even achieve what I am looking to. It is frustrating. Every automated service has got to have a fail safe. They dont have it. Email phone, whatsapp, online, twitter - I have tried it all. No joy whatsoever. I need someone to contact me asap but I have received no joy - I no longer know what to do, I have brick-walled on all possible options.

This is the 2nd time I'm raising this issue with MTN. My daughter's phone was activated with caller tunez that have been debiting her airtime daily. Her number is 0730797794. I requested that it be deactivated and never activated again but clearly my previous request wasn't taken into account which is disappointing. I called 173 last night to deactivate this to no avail. The lady assisting me indicated that their system was down. Called again today. Was on hold for over 10 mins with no consultant attending to my call. I then called using my contract line & only got through to a consultant after 12 mins. The consultant spoke to me in isiZulu. I did not request this language option. He was neither helpful nor cooperative but very condescending. I told him I would report this incident & he welcomed me to do as I please. I unfortunately do not recall his name but I spoke to him 10 mins ago calling from my number via 808. He kept insisting my daughter activated caller tunez which I know for a fact she did not. Her phone was with me at the time it was reactivated. She was travelling and I realised only when making a call that it had been reactivated. Kindly credit her account immediately
I took my Note 3 in for repairs. Screen needed to be replaced and it was my second one. I was attended to by Sipho who booked my device in. He was very polite and notified me of all I would need to know eg if my repairs were not all covered by warranty, I'd be called to accept/reject a quote prior to any work being done. He also indicated that I should expect my device in 3 days time as he wasn't certain if they had stock or not. I received sms and email notifications of my device submission which included a reference number. Less than an hour later, I received a second notification telling me my device was ready for collection! Naturally, I thought there had been a mistake so I called, quoted my ref number and indeed! My phone was ready for collection! 3 days turned less than an hour! I'm BEYOND impressed with the service level. I have NEVER encountered such pleasant service and experience EVER! Got my phone back with everything looking brand spanking new. No data was lost on my phone either. Thank you Samsung Sandton City, thank you Sipho! I'm very well pleased and Samsung has my unquestionable loyalty!
I had a few challenges when calling the SAA call centre yesterday afternoon trying to book a flight for my daughter from Bulawayo to Johannesburg. I had no joy about 4 times and Busisiwe called me back after having listened to the recordings of my phone calls. She apologised profusely for the inconvenience I had gone through. She was on the ball and kept me informed all the way and went out of her way to ensure that I was assisted to the best of her abilities. Once everything was sorted, she apologised yet again and assured me that a process had been commenced to ensure that SAA clients do not experience such service again. I sincerely appreciate her excellent standards and everyone at SAA should aspire to her unquestionable work ethic.THANK YOU BUSISIWE. Because of you, I will remain loyal to SAA

This morning I took my daughter Simamkele (travelling as an unaccompanied minor) to check her in on a flight to Bulawayo at OR Tambo International. The lady who attended us at the check in counter, Duduzile, was very pleasant and professional. This is BY FAR the best experience I have ever had with SAA and SA Airlink in general! She's a very valuable asset who went out of her way to ensure that I felt valued and that my daughter was taken care of. I would hire her to work for me ANY DAY! Thank you Duduzile! Unfortunately I did not get her surname. I hope the right person gets recognised
George (floor manager) from Nineteen69 portrayed a HORRIFIC attitude and unnecessarily so. I generally have a great time when I come here. With him included. Today, was a different day. I tried to address him about it but he walked away while I was talking to him. I'm HIGHLY UNAPPRECIATIVE of that and expect better from people in the service industry. l would like to return and I certainly will. I'm just extremely disappointed and felt it pertinent to express this. Especially from an establishment of this calibre
This morning, I was on the receiving end of terrible driving by a Putco bus driver: JKJ537GP. It was along Dover Road as we were crossing over Pretoria Avenue. I was driving behind a polo on the inner lane after the robots turned green and there was a double cab truck preparing to turn on the inner lane of traffic going in the opposite direction. Next thing this Putco bus driver JKJ537GP cuts me off from the left, squeezing me in between himself and this double cab driver because he was so important and so entitled that he had to go before I went. He endangered both my daughter and I and I do not appreciate it. What's worse is he didn't even indicate to let me know that he wanted to change lanes coz had he done that, I was going to give him a gap. I'm extremely annoyed and continually frustrated by Putco drivers. This is not the 1st incident with a Putco driver and I am pretty sure it won't be the last. Putco driver JKJ537GP , SHAME ON YOU!!!
