Unbelievable great service. You have dealt with every issue so professionally including the latest repair that I was expecting to pay for. Done under warranty. Great to have such professionals in the building industry from quote to finish and after sales service

Zero customer service, zero interest
Not a care in the world. My products take longer to get collected from customs after clearing, and sent to Cape Town then they take to come from China. Do yourselves a favour and send a product with competition (F) and see the level of service they give.

Shocking Service excuse the pun. Current Automation
I needed batteries for my inverter. I sent my inverter specs to Anneke at Current automation. Anneke suggested batteries for my inverter which I purchased. My battery is now faulty 10 month later, and they tell me the warranty is void because it isn't compatible with my inverter. So they wont replace my faulty. If you are thinking about it - I WOULDN'T Did I mention that Etienne the CEO is unreachable

Shocking service
Absolutely shocked at the service at builders Northgate. I purchased a pool cleaner, used it for a day and it clearly wasn't the ultimate machine that the salesman told me it was. I paid more than double my existing pool cleaner . This Zodiac TX35 is a disaster. I was so disappointed with the Managers attitude at Northgate- Ridhad and Ilandra Kahn from Zodiac, who refused point blank to even listen to what was offered compared to what I got. If I bought on Takealot I wouldn't have a problem. This is the end of the road for Builders Warehouse and ME
