I have applied for an ADSL line with telkom about a month ago. A technician came to my house and advised that our area had underground cables and that we should dig a 16m ditch for them to lay the cables in as their technicians is not qualified to do it. I have never heard something so rediculous why is this my responsibility? It is not my problem if you don't employ qualified staff to provide the service. This is a Service telkom is going to provide me with and it remains their property!! Telkom then made ANOTHER appointment for a technician to come out to my property I was even sent two reminders of the appointment. I took off work in order to be home NOBODY pitched or even had the decency to phone. Telkom if your service is so bad before I even have the connection or two year contract HOW BAD WOULD AFTER SERVICE BE?????? You can keep your Lines etc. This has been such a dissapointing experience.
I went to Sasol Garage in Walker Drive Port Elizabeth on the 7th of September 2017. I asked the attendant to check my oil which he did he also checked the water in my vehicle. He advised that all levels was fine. On my way from the garage steam started coming from under my bonnet I stopped and my husband had to come assist me. The attendant at the garage never relaced my cap on my water bottel it was just left on the engin, my engin had no water when my husband arrived as all the water has blown out and was all over my distributor, plugs etc. And to top it off my engin did need oil when my husband checked. We contacted the manager the next day as she had already left and she said that she would get back to us. It has been 4 days and not a word back from her. Sasol is the worse garage ever they employ incompetant staff I have lost all my anti-freeze in my engin and who is to say what damaged was caused by driving without water in the engin and as for the mangeress you shouldn't be running that Garage you are just as incompetant as your staff. I will never go to a Sasol again for assistance worse Garage EVER
I have been to Service Stations all around Port Elizabeth BUT BP Service Station in Kabega is the BEST.<br> Staff is always friendly and you get fast and efficient service they always offer to do more than what you ask for. They always smile and are polite they give my day a good kick start with a smile. WELL DONE BP Kabega Park :) :) keep up the good service.
I phoned the Bayside Pantry at the Boardwalk Casino in Port Elizabeth to make a dinner reservation for my anniversary the gentleman that answered the phone was so rude and abrupt he told me that they are quiet fully booked I then told him that I only want a reservation in 2 weeks time to which he responded with a sigh and then asked me to phone back after 4pm as he is too busy at the moment to check in the book for me and make a reservation before I could even enquire or ask for his name he just put the phone down in my ear without even saying goodbye. I immediatedly phoned back to complain but got no answer. I have never eaten there and after this experience I never will either the Boardwalk need to train their staff , manners cost nothing. If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen there are lots of people looking for work that would be more competant and polite I am sure than what you are. Thumbs down Bayside Pantry and no stars for you.
This is my second complaint regarding Absa Bank just a different branch this time. I have just come from Absa in Linton Grange Port Elizabeth, how on God's earth can you have 2 tellers open on the last day of the month at 11:30 I stood in line for half an hour before getting to the front this is really pathetic and all they want to do after they receive your complaint is phone and apologise for the inconvenience BULLSHIT as I say this has happened before just a different branch. <br> After your complaint they want to shape things up only for the following month and then it's back to normal back to the slack service and the other employees don't know if they are managers or what stand around in the offices chatting and laughing there are old people also standing in that same line as me that also have to stand for half an hour or even more shame on you.<br> You must ALL go to Standard Bank for training in good and efficient service.<br>
