Such good service. They didn't have a item in stock but the website said it was available which I only found out when they phoned me to let me know. I was so pleased with the outcome and really impressed me. The product is great and already see a difference after using it only once.
They actually did phone back after three mails however I had to go into their website and mail from there to get them to phone. The lady who assisted was really lovely. Just wish they didn't make claiming so complicated otherwise I would have stayed a client.
These people are theives and don't deserve a star! I canceled my membership last month and the lady I spoke to said membership will be R900, I then said no that's a lot to pay and I am cutting down my expenses. She then offered half of that r450 which I declined and thanked her for helping. She advised that one more payment will go off my account and to my shock R980 goes off my account. Now this is BS* because I was paying roughly R250 each month. I want my money back! I will only pay the R250 I was paying so Virgin active beter give me R730 back because how are you taking that money when I have only been paying me membership fee of R250 all this time. This is disgusting!
I had the worst service ever, actually I didn't get to the service because one gentleman turned me away saying We don't service Suzuki whilst another lady I had spoken to more than once said yes we service Suzuki and we are rmi approved. I was turned away only to return because one minute someone is saying yes and the next I am being laughed at saying we don't service Suzuki. It would have been fine if they had informed me better however neither did the lady or gentlemen I felt like a idoit. The gentleman had a funny laugh as though this was okay. That place really needs to up their interaction with customers. I won't go there ever again and nore will I take my husband's car there either.
Elizma Smith from BFC Staffing helped me greatly in a hard time to find a great new job in a new field and I'm pleased at her professional manner of handling things as well as making me feel easy about how everything will be handled. I got a new job thanks to her and she's a awesome person. Agencies need more people as willing to help others as she is.
I am so disappointed in a insurance company that I was really glad to be part of, I paid towards a life insurance offered to me but yet no one has phoned to get my details and email the documents to me. So i wonder whats happening to my money and what happens to me if i pass where does that money go?its a cheat! I pay far too much each month for my car insurance yet people who are of more a risk pay less than me? That makes no sense! I get my no claim bonus which is great but no help updating my details. I have my car tracker through Dial Direct but yet again is it even working and this i have had with them for so long and I wouldn't know if its even working. Im so concerned and not happy with this, I have emailed them about a week or two ago but still no help. I am so stressed cause what if I am in a accident or my car gets stolen then Dial Direct wont help me cause of my updated details but yet again no one bothered to phone to update them as I had requested. I feel its all about the money and when car insurances have your money your safety and well being isnt regarded at all as important to them.
