This was truly a SAVE TIME and MONEY -use FRANK experience. I had not even entered the showroom door, when a voice said, "how can I help you". Within 30 minutes, I had all the paperwork needed, viewed the vehicle and was on my way. Collecting it was even better, with a bottle of bubbly to go and celebrate. Thank you Frank Alfoldi.
When my wife died, I requested FNB to close her current account, which is standard practice, and that once I received the Letters of Executorship, I would open an Estate Late account. Well, the How can we HELP you bank, blocked our Sim cards, leaving me at 80 years old without any form of communication with the outside world, and this when all family and friends needed to contact me, as well as being over the festive season. FNB has now, with no authority from the executor, opened an Estate Late account, and has made the default account on my profile. We were married out of community and Did not have a joint account. It is ONLY the executor, by appointment from THE MASTER of THE SUPREME COURT, that may open such an account. Does FNB Deceased Estates have special exemption? or is this not a case of *****ulent behavior, as it would be for me if I opened a bank account for a third party Without their consent ? This account is debited with bank charges with any deposit intended for my account being accepted, and Not returned to the depositor, which would happen if her account was closed as requested. This account has been made a default account on my profile. A FNB employee transferred a large sum, which was for fixed deposit renewal, into the Estate Late account, and despite the FNB branch, and my attempts to have it reversed and this account closed, FNB Fiduciary arrogantly refuse, causing me a loss of income for the last period. Is this not a case of *****, as FNB are not appointed, and will never be, executors.
Three months after my wife death, FNB Connect blocked both our Sim cards. The result of requests to unblock my personal one, the number which I have for decades and is linked to my banking profile, was simply give the Letters of Executorship; this could take another THREE months. Both the Will stating I am the SOLE HEIR and the application to the Master were supp****, with no reaction. This obnoxious behavior has left me at 80 years old without any contact with the outside world, and this at an extremely difficult time. If a burglary takes place, heaven forbid, ALL the Critical, Emergency, Group and Panic contracts are not available to me. Thus they could come into the house, and I would be totally at their mercy, with NO means to CALL FOR HELP. If they ****** me FNB and BUSI VILONI will be guilty of CULPABLE HOMICIDE, as Help was at hand, but taken away from. If this happens, may BUSI VILONI rot in HELL

The "so called" accounting/administration department must, without doubt, qualify as as the momparas of the year. In January 2020 a Telkom tele sales lady sold me a LTE package reflected on page 7 of the Telkom December 2019 to January 2020 brochure, for R269 pm with a Free HuaweiB535 LTE Wi-Fi router. My Impossible task I have had in getting them to charge me according to the sales order, number 341174355, and not the R459 plus the router R83,29, has been a mammoth task. Either they can't understand or wont listen or simply too damn lazy to call up the order given to rectify Telkom's error. During the last 26 months, I have contacted Telkom at least 30 times, all to no avail. My grievances have been directed at the Telkom shop in Centurion Mall, the help desk on the app, and phoning what must be the worst run office in the world, not only for rudeness, putting down the phone, replying that the charge is what I must pay, totally ignoring my request. (Tel 012 682 9880) A grievance was lodged, which the so called supervisor, obviously not too concerned or involved, simply rejected it. It is hard to accept, that with so many complaints, calls and objections, that not even a little light flickered, that perhaps they should check the order, after all I gave it to them, they didn't even in their laziness even have to look for it, or are they really all so Dull?? Then in their brilliance they Blacklist me, when Telkom OWES ME. What you call insult to injury Compensation should be made for the case of Deformation of Character, after all years of developing a good credit standing is destroyed by a group of less than concerned, obnoxious and insubordinate Telkom staff. Not even an apology has been received. Still awaiting the reconciliation in order to audit the credits Telkom has processed. Great products, disastrous staff. DF THERON
