Delivery of ORIGINAL NATIS DOCUMENTS NOT DELIVERED BY DSV
Kindly note I am writing this as a concerned and highly worried customer I paid and requested for the original documents to be couriered to my house, it's been a month and nothing has been received. I was rather surprised when DSV sent an email this afternoon saying my documents were delivered after following up on various occasions. I can confirm the documents were not delivered/received by me. This is a serious case as these are important documents, should they fall into the wrong hands my car can the be easily ******. Please may I have some support on the matter and advise how to go about this. Your service I must say has been disappointing

Original Natis documents never received even after paying for the documents to be delivered
I would like to share my frustration on the terrible service received from Marquis Finance on the delivery of my original natis documents. My vehicle has been pain off and process to acquire my vehicles natis docs has been unpleasant. Up to now I have not received my documentation after being a month of having settled I am worried as these are important documents and should they fall into the wrong hands it places my vehicle in danger of being ****** Please help as I am highly concerned

Unacceptable Service Failure
My vehicle is almost two weeks old and Netstar has still not installed a tracking device. Despite repeated follow-ups since 15 December, I keep being told an agent will call me back no one ever does. I’ve been a loyal Netstar customer for over 5 years, and this is the worst service I’ve experienced. I’m currently driving a vehicle with no tracking device, completely exposed — during the festive season, of all times. To make it worse, Netstar is happy to bill me on the 25th for a service that hasn’t been delivered. That is unacceptable. Once this contract ends, I will not use Netstar again and will warn others about this poor service. I expect urgent installation and confirmation that I will not be charged for a service not provided. Extremely dissatisfied customer
