I swear... if you sell a product that messes with another one of your products... I have only one thing to say... your product is poorly designed. Currently... Alot of our clients woke up not being able to sync their email because onedrive lock's / messes with the file syncing. all files over 5 gb in size... and it's a well known issue. where are the days of volume shadow copy fixing this. I can only think this is a microsoft money grab to get everyone to move to their hosted exchange.
New Login security feature just fails. I can't sign into my account because microsoft can't send me a code because of some or other internal error. It advises me to contact the administrator..... I'm the administrator and gives me a correlation code. Correlation ID: e83b8e1f-93cd-488e-9446-4436f4f98799 Timestamp: 2026-01-07T10:38:15Z this is such an epic problem. I get to tell our valued clients we can't log into their portal and we are supposedly the tech experts.
The app had issues, I called in the morning about not being able to lodge my vechicle inspection and was told to wait for a call back. The agent actually did call me back after talking to their I.T. department. And for South African service I guess thats 5 stars.
Good day, I've opened a support ticket #475893 on bittrex to resolve a user verification issue that i've been having. I have not recieved feedback in over 21 Days since opening the ticket. I really need proper support on this site.
OK, I officially have had the work experience in delivery history with this parcel. it left china to South Africa on the 18th of september and litterally arrived at our port of entry 2 days later. They literally took about a week to get back to me regarding some or other clearing documentation and port of entry fee which i was expecting which we paid quiet quickly. then it had to go through customs clearing, and and the wait began.... and every day i called to find out how far the package had moved and every day, the inspector is coming check the consignment. I then complained to there customer support team, and i was duely asigned a customer support representiative who was helpfull and although did not appear to be able to help in any way, was able to call me first before i had to call dhl. OK, so my parcel arrived on the 8th of this month eventually. i then recieved a frantic call from dhl to say that they release the parcel without the proper autherization after a month and that they needed it back urgently, I basically told the lady that if she wanted it back it would have to be trial by combat, and that the best combatant take the parcel. She then got one of her more senior Members of staff to contact me, and because I may need to import more of the same product into the country at a later stage, I gave in to there request to have it collected again. I called my customer support specialist, but i have not heard from her again. I called dhl using my same tracking number and they have advised that it was signed off on the 8th by me, which it was, I litterally don't have a numebr to use to track my parcel anymore. This has been the worste delivery experivence ever had with DHL. I still do not have my package and I do not get feedback. I think i may have been robbed by dhl at this point Paul Bowring

I requested that they increase their line speed from 2mbps to 4mbps, while canceling ISP service from Telkom, as we were supplying them with a Mweb Account.<br> the client placed the order.<br> <br> After a week, i asked what the status of order was, and they said they were canceling the entire service, but that it had not been processed yet. That is not what was asked for, it was a dsl Service upgrade, not a cancellation.<br> <br> After multiple calls with telkom support and with my client, no one seems to be able to get their shit together. they keep wanting to email the original support person, that never replies to the email. Telkom never gets back to either me or my client about the status of the connection. worst service ever.
