Ordered a pair of sneakers and it was not what they displayed. The quality is bad and looks more **** than what a **** would look like. It is definitely not what they advertised. I requested to return the item but have not heard from them at all, the number they have on their page does not exist, neither have they responded to my email. DO NOT BUY FROM FOOTSTOP!!
An unauthorised debit order was taken from my bank account on the 27th November. I do not know where you got my bank details from, but I do not have any products with you. You need to remove my bank details from your system and the account or policy you have linked it to
I logged a service request on the 10th October, spoke to about 10 consultants over 2 weeks. Each time you get a different story, with the promise to get someone to call you. They say they escalating your query but I doubt they actually do. They eventually sent a technician out to sort out my fibre line, while he sorted that out he and his colleagues messed up the lan ports on the router. I am at wits end having to call everyday to hear the same s*i#. Seems like Vodacoms strategy is to see how many customers they can get rid off. Way to go Shameel Joosub 👍🏻👍🏻 on not enforcing customer service at the company you fun.
Disgusted with the service from vodacom, holding on for 45 minutes already. I called to cancel my contract on the 3rd April 2020, the consultant I dealt with suggested I downgrade to cheaper contract of R189 a month, to my surprise I wake up with 20gbs recurring data and a bill of R1669, this I did not agree to and want it rectified immediately
