My goods were delivered on the 19th of December with missing Items, I immediately sent them a what's app and email, Katleho Ntili responded to my email on the 28th december trying to find out if my query was resolved, informed him no via email, now its the 23rd of January my query has not been attended to, first time buying from them, I am very disappointed with their service.
It's been a month now Capitec still doesn't take accountability of returning my money, I have sent them the bank statement proving that the money never reached my friends account
Immediate payment for R350 done however it never reflected on the other account,I went to Capitec they said they will recall it ever since the 15 still nothing ,last week I got a call after I complained here they asked me questions and promised to get back to me till now , nothing my R350 not being paid back, I am just not sure as to what is the purpose of immediate payment , paying an extra fee but delivery nothing
Deduction was made on my bank account, I do not even know who Greystone /where they got my bank details from .I consulted my bank they told me it Greystone company,tried to call them rude consultant Vusi keeps on referring me to call Onika, the number she gave me is not even existing, when I contact her back she justs drops my call.
My account for Truworths was overcharged and no one was willing to assist until I started communicating with Nelmarie, she went an extra mile, communicated daily with me up until I received a refund I was not even expecting. Employees like her I very scarce especially on the retail industry.
I had a Jet account which I failed to pay with them then it was handed over to Shapiro Shaik Defries and associates, I started paying them as from the end of February this year and this month it's my last instalment, when I checked my ITC profile the debt is written off as a Bad debt with a balance of R3800 where's my balance is R800, I contacted their collectors they gave me contact numbers for Edcon saying they are not responsible for the listing, I tried to email Edcon and contact them on all numbers provided to me to no success.
Truworths account was handed over for collection original debt R8847.81, I received a call on June to make arrangements to pay the account, creditworx added their interest the debt was close to R10.000 arrangement made was to pay R1000 a month until May, each an every month after I have made a payment they always send me sms to check my balance, end of March 2015 after they have debited my balance was R2200, they debited on April no sms was sent to me for balance, this month I am calling them to confirm as I will be finishing to pay the debt on 27/05/2015 as per initial agreement, First agent (Ongezwa) told me balance is R2700 why, she could not answer, referred me to Wallet Isaacs and gave me a number that was not working, second agent(Lerato) told me I must speak to administrator , this morning I called them spoke to Grace Bronkhorst he told me interest was added, how can they add interest of R1700 in 1 month. I received a statement they are billing me on incorrect number they contacted, I fail to understand and interest shows it was added every month but all of a sudden they added R1700 that's RIDICULOUS.
