Bad claim experience with Standard bank
Supervisor at claims dept. is full of empty promises and never calls back. Eventually I had to pay excess to get the geyser replaced even though still under warranty from manufacturer. According to Std Bank I did not want to wait for the manufacturer to replace the geyser, a week passed by so how long must I wait.

But barely two hours after installation they phone to rate their service I mean really! The manufacturer "Duratherm "are incompetent and I need to pay.

Excellent service
Mpho helped me with the inspection form of my vehicle after numerous failed attempts form other employees from Mi-Way. Mpho even called me back when he received my email and explained everything is loaded onto the system and nothing else is needed. Mpho not only Mi-Way but South Africa needs more customer care employees like yourself . Thank you
