Absolutely shocking service. I placed an order on 05 September 2023 and have still not received my order after sending POP on the same day, providing artwork on 07 September 2023 after sending more than 6 emails to follow up on where my order is. Janelle said the parcel had been lost and then it had been found but I still do not have the order. Janelle does not answer WhatsApp's and seems to be ignoring the emails now. I think it is a ****. I will never recommend this business to anyone.
Danielle was professional and knowledgeable in the telephone call. She made sure I understood my options. It was a pleasant interaction for something I really did not want to discuss in the first place.
At the end of August 2014 I made the last payment against my Debt Review status. <br> <br> On 19/09/2014, all my Creditors, including EDCON at email address: [Email Removed] were emailed a copy of the CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE confirming all the debt was settled.<br> <br> This month, February 2015, almost 6 months after settling all my debt, I checked my credit record with TransUnion only to find that SB EDGARS/JET MASTERCARD reflects a Current Balance of R1 408! How is this possible when I have had no way of accessing credit since 2008! <br> <br> I lodged a dispute with TransUnion on 13/2/2015 (reference no. TU20150213-000328) so that this can be resolved. They say it takes at least 20 working days to investigate/resolve. <br> <br> Today I emailed EDCON Debt Review Department myself at email address: [Email Removed] to dispute this outstanding amount and have also attached a copy of the CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE.<br> <br> This is so unprofessional especially in light of the fact that ALL THE OTHER CREDITORS have updated their records and EDCON has not.<br> <br> I am so disappointed and perturbed by this level of inefficiency.<br> <br> Regards<br> Tanya Erasmus
