We bought a Bounce King trampoline from Game with the idea that it would serve us for many years to come. Unfortunately if I could choose again I would make a very different choice. The frame got damaged during very strong winds and we have repeatedly tried to source replacement parts but M5 either does not get back to you on questions, do not have parts in stock and now we are simply communicating into a black hole. Emails bounce back, phones stay engaged and no response to web form. If you are considering a trampoline, stay FAR away from Bounce King as there is NO after sales support in South Africa and no alternative providers to assist either

I used Red Square online store for the first time recently and it has been a frustrating experience to say the least. Firstly they are providing varying indications of delivery lead times, all of them much longer than that of most of the other major online retailers.

When the expected delivery date had came and went, I started to follow up with Red Square on when I can expect delivery as my order had not moved past the 'processing' stage on the website. Finally got a call from them (apparently not related to my query - which is a concern in itself), only to be told that 2 of the 3 items that I ordered was out of stock (even though it showed as in stock when placing the order). Asked the consuktant if she can give me an indication of when they will have stock again and she could not even narrow it down to days, weeks or months. Only response she could give was that she was 'sourcing'.

I will think twice before using the Red Square online option again as they clearly do not have their systems and processes under control.

I just attempted to have some printing done. Was met (not even greeted) by less than enthusiastic staff. Tried to explain format of the booklet that I required but assistant did not pay much attention. Ended up printing in the wrong format, when this was challenged with the lady who has since come to help, she 'explained' in a very rude manner that you do not get A5 paper (which I know) and this is the only way they could do it. Whereas, with a little bit of creativity in printing settings, it would have been perfectly possible to print in the format that I required, but this would have meant them not charging me double the amount for wasting half my pages.

Jetline Woodmead will not see me again.

I recently placed an order for some photobooks with vouchers bought through Groupon. As always, the quality and service from Photo2Print was exceptional. The turnaround was significantly quicker than promised (always a nice experience) and when I experienced some challenges with one of the voucher codes, the support team patiently explored different ways to get it resolved. Definitely a very positive experience and looking forward to printing some more memories with them soon.
