The monopoly rot has set in. Lanseria airport 3 line queue no systems, no leadership 1 teller. Its a disgrace.
45 + minutes to collect a debit card. Cheap Game chairs to sit on. Disgraceful.
<p>I was conned (embarrasingly so) by an online sales person into buying an explora package. (On air cost = R99 permonths for 24 months WITH a required trade in - DSTV cost without trade in R89 per month)</p> <p>Explora arrived and EVENTUALLY was contacted by installing agent. Installing agent says he cannot install as my trade in unit is "the wrong coluor"</p> <p>Best is - I call ONAIR to try to get assistance and the agent puts down the phone on me because I am speaking too loudly. She then REFUSES to put me theough to supervisor.</p> <p>I have never ever experienced such astonishingly poor service</p>
I recently bought a Samsung Ace J1 phone. I need a spare battery and have tried multiple Samsung, Vodacom and other supplier stores. NONE of them have spare batteries for this phone. I was informed by the Samsung store that it is not Samsung's problem, it is the supplier's problem. That id absolutely bizzaree
Drove to Alpine Heath Resort. Roadworks between Harrismith and the resort are a disgrace. Point control bizzare No water trucks for dust control. Completed sections ? safety danger. One wonders how this tender was awarded.
I had my wallet, passport and ID stolen. Needed all credit cards replaced. To date no problem other than Discovery card. 4 telephone calls 1 poorly attempted visit and still no visit. The incompetence is mind blowing. Cant wait to cancel all my Discovery contact points. They are a didgrace to the financial services industry
Was sent to Woodmead centre to get replacement. Disgraceful and Incompetent mixed with arrogant. Will never buy Samsung again
