Playstation South Africa support is non existent, I have logged a call a day ago. Been on their FB and insta pages and just no response. Its unfortunate that their international support cannot assist because I was at least able to get through to them. Its sad that their brand in south africa, feels like it's being run by the ANC no service.

I bought data for 2 x contract phones at 17h18 via eft and it has not loaded on my kids phones as yet. I cannot migrate my data package to a higher one because your sales reps forgot to highlight that they were only interested in making the freaking sale... Your month to month bullshi1t and cancel at anytime lie.... So I'm left with topping up on data when the data is depleted. There's no freaking number to get a hold of an agent, because all your stupid lines refer me back to a whatsapp link that can help me jack ****... I swear I'm going to cancel every freaking contract I have with you... Your stupid sales reps can harass a person 5 times a day everyday to upgrade yet there's no support when the **** hits the fan. Telkom you are useless, utterly nonsense non existant after sales 0670599397 that's my number please do call me so I can tell you how useless your service is on the phone aswell..
Terrible service, took out a contract delivered on Thursday 1 March 2018. Called their ********** number on Friday as my SIM would take 24 to 48 hrs to activate. Consultant promised that by 5pm my SIM would be activated. Called Telkom today at 16h00, I have 4 freaking numbers/orders with them. They unable to assist because my contract has not been activated by mondo. Kindly note!!! Should Mondo deduct anything more than my contract fee and what I've used at the end of March.. you will not know what hit you. Technically you are already I breach of contract. If my number is not activated by Monday 10h00am you can send the courier to come fetch your phone and SIM card and I will not pay a cent towards opening the box. I have not received any service as promised, and clearly your company has no idea what service delivery is. I will take you to the media and reporr you to ICASA and ensure that all future clientele are aware what a terrible service provider you are.
