Netcare Connect Line
Poor administration and communication on the Netcare Connect Line. We had to call 6 times, still no feedback from the call centre or Unitas Hospital. This lax attitude to communication is very difficult to families. I hope they develop compassion

Unexpected Efficiency
I applied for my son's passport, it was required urgently by the school.<br> <br> When I was told the emergency passports are no longer issued i was worried.
